I use Street stream on almost a daily basis looking after wholesale coffee customers in London, as we often need an efficient courier service that also offer competitive rates. The couriers and customer service operators are always forthcoming with accepting our often strange requests for urgent deliveries (40kg of coffee beans!), and communicate with us superbly. Street Stream are the best courier service I have ever used, and I have used A LOT of them! They cut out the middle man so you have a relationship with the actual courier delivering your package rather than a call centre somewhere. The benefits of this relationship are numerous.... for a start you no longer have to repeat instructions to the call centre and then the courier (who may well have not received the right message/instructions from the call centre in the first place - Chinese whispers!). Furthermore, the courier is incentivised to deliver your package in a timely and courteous manner as they themselves are reviewed. So the better the service the individual courier provides, the more jobs they will receive (just like how Uber works!). Genius.
