I cannot recommend Storage King Bath highly enough! From start to finish, Sharon and Jane have been absolutely exceptional. I recently got a storage unit with them, and when I had a container delivery that turned into a bit of a logistical mess, they went above and beyond to help me.

Not only were they incredibly kind and understanding, but they even allowed me to use an empty storage unit for free for a few days to store nine pallets that were awaiting collection. Their flexibility, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier to manage.

Sharon and Jane truly embody what excellent customer service should look like. Their friendly and approachable nature, coupled with their ability to find solutions, has made my experience with Storage King Bath nothing short of outstanding.

The best experience I’ve had at any storage facility, and worth writing a review about. A huge thank you to Sharon and Jane for their exceptional service and for going out of their way to help us. Wow! I didn't think storage could be such a great experience! The high tech StorageKing in Bath was a lifesaver when I needed urgent, clean and safe storage for my belongings when I sold my flat.
The very helpful staff walked me through the facility and I was so impressed with the levels of security and the clever app. Even the basics like trolley usage and smooth floors made it all so effortless.
I can highly recommend Storage King for a stress free storage solution!

I can’t say enough good things about Sharon and Jane at Bath Storage King! They have been absolutely amazing—so helpful, patient, and reassuring, answering all my questions with care.

I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before writing this review to get a real sense of the place, and now that I have, I’m genuinely impressed. The professionalism of the team and the seamless technology make everything run smoothly. I feel confident that my belongings are safe and secure, and I know I can easily access them whenever I need to. A+!

The quality of the facility is excellent. The staff are friendly and useful (Jane leads by example, all staff are excellent). You can visit the facility between 7am and 10pm every day (the hours listed are the office opening hours for new customers) means I always had access.

The most important thing for me is that the company not once tried to trick me. If I mentioned to a staff that we wanted to cancel they'd make it as easy as possible to extend or cancel. When I extended for a month they didn't try to sneak in auto renewals or anything like that.

Honestly, this company is what I would love the entire world to operate like but unfortunately are the rareity.

We arrived with some belongings to store, Jane met us inside reception, explained how the noke storage app worked. Walked us to our storage unit, assisted with opening of door, everything explained in detail. Jane was very helpful, thorough and it was a huge relief to have the help. Storage unit was perfect size for my needs. Clean and spotless facility.
