We are genuinely delighted with our stonehouse kitchen. From the moment we first entered the showroom to the continued support for our kitchen a year later, we have had our expectations exceeded. Firstly there are no costs until you are ready to sign, unlike some business models offered by other suppliers, Their designs are varied, bespoke and excellent quantity.
Julian designed a superb kitchen and truly listened to our requirements. Gareth visited mid build and engaged our main contractor directly whilst measuring the space. Mike spent hours with me detailing the technical design and final spec. Wes the installer is an absolute machine with a real eye for detail and Kev provided the best finish possible. All gentlemen, respectful, helpful and delivered what they promised.
It’s not free, nor cheap, however compared to virtually every comparable kitchen we’ve ever been in, ours is the best!

This was our first experiencing using Stonehouse and we have nothing but positive feedback. Gareth and Natasha created an excellent design to fit our needs and the execution from the fitters and painters was excellent and the product itself is up there with all the other bespoke joinery and big name fitters we met with. It was no issue when we added additional joinery in living room alcove cupboards and under-stair storage and it was the same execution and quality in those items as the kitchen. Would fully recommend stonehouse not just for the kitchen itself but the overall experience working with Gareth and the stonehouse team.

Just finished renovating a Cotswold House, and initially used Stonehouse for the Kitchen - which was exceptional standard of finish and service throughout. As such, we then proceeded to use them for utility (with dog shower!), Media Wall, cloakroom, and stunning dressing room! I couldn't recommended them highly enough!!

A great experience from start to finish. Gareth and his team were wonderful to deal with. They were price competitive and the final product far exceeded my expectations in terms of looks and quality. The fitters were tidy, skilled and extremely friendly. Their customer service is also outstanding - I unfortunately had a manufacturing fault with the sink supplied via Stonehouse. Mike ordered a new one (better model) straight away, and the fitters came and replaced it, all free of charge. Their communication was excellent throughout and I couldn't recommend them more.

As a director of a residential architectural practice I work in conjunction with specialist manufacturers and suppliers on a daily basis. However, when it came to a replacement kitchen / utility at my own home, I did not look any further than Stonehouse Furniture. They provided an exceptional service from the initial design process, to the final lick of paint and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and clearly passionate about what they do. As a result, I have continued to recommended them to many of my clients and at the time of writing, they are in the process of finishing off an installation for my in-laws.

Can’t praise the team at Stonehouse enough. Gareth was great during the design phase working through the options available and incredibly fast responses to queries. The project management and installation was also excellent. Attention to detail particularly by Ben on site was amazing as well as Kevin on painting. I love my kitchen and utility and would come to Stonehouse again should I need a new kitchen in the future.

Gareth and his team have been brilliant since our first visit to the showroom, to design, all the way up to installation and remedial touch ups. They have been incredibly flexible and accommodating through all our decision making (and decision changing!), always with a smile, often going the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We had a few issues with council planning and builders causing big delays, but Gareth was always accommodating, communicative and easy to deal with. We can't thank them enough for our beautiful kitchen and impeccable customer service. Whilst bespoke kitchens are more expensive, the quality and service we received was truly second to none and well worth the extra money. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you so much!
