There aren’t enough superlatives for Steve and Ed, who have just refitted our shower room, previously a wet room that leaked into the room below.

Steve came to quote late last year, gave the best quote we’d had, and said he thought he knew where the leak was originating. We accepted the quote, not just on the basis of price but also of a great personal impression, and he was back a couple of days later to cap off the leak, which was in the location he’d identified. He and Ed then returned a few weeks later to turn the room into a conventional shower room.

The result is beautiful, and Steve and Ed have been a pleasure to have around. It was like having two really nice mates, who also happen to be experts, doing your bathroom for you.

Steve has the benefit of 30 years of bathroom fitting experience, so he seems to be able to get around every little issue that comes up. He totally understands what’s needed, and his attention to detail is impressive. I never had a doubt that the work was being done to the highest standards. Ed is equally approachable and responsive, and his tiling in our shower room is absolutely top-notch.

Steve said it would take seven days, it almost exactly did, and we now have a shower room I can’t believe, it’s so posh. Thank you so much, Steve and Ed! I'm already recommending you to friends.

Really happy with the work that Steve has done for us. He gave us advice on how to proceed (and get the walls in our old house straight enough to fit a shower against them), was happy to both supply and fit a shower, and also fit tiles we'd provided ourselves.

We agreed a date with him at the end of June, and he turned up exactly as planned at the end of August.

He went above and beyond and came back to help us fix a pipe that burst shortly after the job was finished (even though the issue was not related in any way to the work he'd done).
