Our multiple test addresses did not receive our marketing on the first three campaigns (each time). Causing concern as this likely means other addresses didn't receive them.
Poor customer service received from Nico When expressing concern and lack of help, only wanting to pass the responsibility to Royal Mail. I wouldn't recommend as we have paid for a potential fraudulent service.

Had a terrible experience. Hired Stannp to send out several thousand campaign flyers. I emphasized it was critical the flyers had to arrive before election day. Submitted everything to Stannp months in advance. They sat on the package for weeks and weeks, not responding to my increasingly-worried emails, and only sent out the flyers after it was too late-- more than half of them arrived after the election was over. Embarrassing and inexplicable. Asked for half my money back and they ignored me.
