Ordered two full bathrooms from these guys recently, and can say without any doubts the best in town! I was first greeted by Danny who showed me around the showroom for ideas, then went onto show me even more in the brochures. After a couple of sittings we finally decided on what we wanted and put the order through. Everything was delivered on time and without any missing items. Even after delivery, we had changed our minds about couple of items, Danny and Tim couldn’t be more helpful, changed the items and got the new ones in quickly. All in all, couldn’t fault a thing! Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back soon for the third!

New shower / ensuite update and new toilet. Equipment delivered - and I really must compliment the installers (Paul Ramsdale) - as they did a fantastic job. Very professional job!!!

Initial service good but delivery poor eg incorrect shower installed, no final invoice provided, no response in relation to emails ref issues. Their recommended contractor for installation was poor in relation to finishings and the huge mess left behind. Would not recommend.

I was a returning customer as I was pleased with an en suite we had done by them several years ago. Bob was brilliant!
Unfortunately things aren't the same now.
I went into the showroom to book an appointment as nobody replied to my email initially.
On the day of the appointment I telephoned to check that Tim would be there at the agreed time as I was told when booking that they would let me know if this wasn't convenient for him. Tim knew nothing about the appointment but said he could arrive 30 minutes after the original time.
He came, took measurements and we talked about the layout. Our bathroom had been stripped ready to replace. He promised plans for the week after.
So I emailed the week after and they weren't done. And emailed again saying I would call on after work later in the week. When I arrived there were images but no price or product list. This was to follow next week.
That was in October 2023... And we are now February 2024 and after another email still nothing.....
Even if the fitters are too busy I would have thought they would want to sell their items. Surely that is what having a shop is all about.
If they are over run with customers and orders they should get more staff. It would pay for itself!

Went to collect storage caddy we had ordered for our shower cubicle.Had bathroom refitted about 7 years ago from Splashrooms.Had bath taken out and large shower cubicle installed in its place.Total refurb including under floor heating.Radiator removed and large heated towel rail installed. Floor and walls were fully tiled.Excellent job done by the fitter Carl.Still looks great.2nd storage caddy finishes it off nicely.

Tim is an absolute star. Not only did he tolerate us for nearly 6 hours (walking in with no clue & walking out with a bathroom designed & ordered), he did so with patience, grace and professionalism. The right sprinkles of advice at exactly the right moment, understanding and helping us find what we wanted. We are extremely happy with the end result and cannot thank Tim enough for his help, going above and beyond to ensure we built on time, to budget & spec. Even better when we live 200 miles away from Scunthorpe! Thanks Tim, we love what you’ve helped us create!

Pretty poor this time round. Gave exact measurements and talked over preferences. Said a quote would follow if we could give them a week. Here we are over 2 weeks later and nothing. No phone calls, no designs, no quotes. No emails in spam filters. No missed calls. Wont bother again.
