Had an appointment over three weeks ago to have a bathroom designed. Appointment went fine and staff were friendly and helpful. Called 11 days ago to ask for an update and were told our designer had been hols and had a big job on. Told they'd ask him to call us a week ago. Heard nothing since. Good initial contact but service following on from that poor. Feels like just a waste of our time.

I can defiantly recommend Josh to design your bathroom. He was so patient with me changing my mind but also helpful with suggestions on what would look good. The customer service i have had from Josh is excellent, nothing was a problem and helped us pick our perfect en-suite to suit our budget.

Can’t thank Megan enough for helping us to design our new bathroom. She was very patient with us when we couldn’t decide what we wanted and offered us advice and support throughout. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I can't praise the staff and service at Spinks in Doncaster enough. We purchased a good quality shower screen and when our fitter came to fit it he found it impossible to fit the corner plastic strip connector. Eventually we took the screen back to the showroom. The staff were brilliant and within an hour a Spinks bathroom fitted had arrived with an alternative connector. He said that the strip supplied by the manufacturer was the wrong one. He installed the new one there and then. Thank you for your excellent after sales service. I would recommend Spinks to anyone... Thank you.

We can definitely refer anyone to Josh at Spinks for a bathroom design. Josh was in tune with what we wanted from the start, was patient and willing to listen to what we wanted and had a very friendly professional attitude. The bathroom Josh designed for us is perfect as it fits with other plans we have for our house.

Great service, what we wanted was delivered on a day and at a time that suited us. And delivery driver was also amazing (as I have a back problem and my partner has had a heart attack) by helping us move our pallets a little closer to where we needed them.
Only suggestion I can make is that they become the first company to offer half pallets of building materials for the smaller projects

We are an existing customer and awaiting our bathroom fitting. We travelled from Sheffield to your showroom on Saturday 12th February to find without any notice you had changed to appointment only. Your website may now have been updated to reflect this change however the search on Google still shows you as open. My wife only has limited days when we could visit and we were having to finalise our choice of vanity unit. It was highly inconvenient to arrive and find you closed, you should be able to allow access for existing customers as you have the biggest showroom. We had to travel from Doncaster to your smaller Worksop branch to look at their limited displays. This has resulted in us having to make a final decision on our unit by choosing from a manufacturers web site. I find this to be very poor customer service and a simple email to existing customers would have avoided an unnecessary trip.
