Good shops etc but there were dogs in the picnic area when there is a dog walking area next door. Not nice to have dogs peeing etc in a picnic area

Had a quick stop during an 8 hour coach ride and we found all we need and more.

I visited with my special needs (that info is important, I promise) sister. She dropped her drink on the floor and started to panic. The teller was extremely patient and comforting whilst my sister was freaking out.

Thank you to the kind hearted woman working at around 02:34 on 14/12/23. You helped make my sisters panic a calmer situation. <3

Directly off the M5 South of Bristol, very convenient for quick stop and back on the motorway. Clean and bright with a variety of food outlets. Petrol is typical priced for Motorway services we use, enough to get home safely but don't fill up. We regularly break our journey here.

Visited Spar on Saturday 13th lovely lady with black hair helped me tie my shoe laces when i was struggling to bend down. Thank you Thank you! Very kind and considerate

Was getting the coach from London to Falmouth and when we stopped here I ran in to buy a USB-c charger with a USB attachment as the coach didn't have proper plugs. It was £9.99 which stung when I already had a charger but I was rlly desperate and I figured it would do me for other situations like this. However once I got on the bus and plugged it in, it didn't blooming work!!!! This was EXTREMELY disappointing as the coach was already off and I couldn't go back. Very disappointing to see a big name brand like spar selling faulty equipment and for such a price. Only reason I haven't gone once star is the lady working at the till was very nice.

Went for breakfast, expecting to get ripped off but hungry. Did not expect the service we received it was a special kind of bad. A young lad clearly on his first day left completely on his own with a kitchen not cooking more food a manager who seemed to think everything else was more important to do than assist in reducing the large queue of customer's that was building up. By everything I mean quickly clean the corners of the work units and move cutlery from one unit to another whilst deriding the lad for doing nothing, idiot. Really needs boycotting so it can be replaced!

Pretty grubby and the toilets smell like the inside of a leopards cage. The fuel price is 20p a litre more expensive than anywhere else. Seating was rippded and dirty. At 8pm all but one food outlet was closed even though advertise 24hours. There was running hot water though!

Ultimately we had a disappointing experience at Sedgemoor services. We had researched our stop off before committing based on the facilities advertised on Google. Upon our arrival we discovered painfully small parking spaces and had to overlap into an adjacent space (I dread to think what would happen had it been busy). The food choices were at best limited, with no actual restaurant available. After using the conveniences (which were clean and well presented with the latest in hand drying technology) we decided to continue on our journey and try the next service station.

In summary if you want a quick stop, you can't go wrong, however for a more substantial choice, head to Gordano.
