I have used Spaces by Design before (very successfully) but when I decided to have my Kitchen, Breakfast Room and Cloakroom updated, it was a much bigger job so I decided to seek an alternative quotation from another local business in Stamford. Both companies presented great ideas and both were very professional, but Andrew and his team came up with some very clever design features and they were price competitive too, so it was an easy decision to work with them again.
A date was agreed for the start of the project and as before, they turned up exactly as promised with their friendly team of very capable guys led by Nathan. The Project overran slightly, but I was kept informed all along and extremely happy with the work and their craftsmanship.
From the outset, Andrew was very willing to listen to my own ideas, but most importantly, he was able to significantly improve upon them, through the benefit of his design expertise, eye for detail and willingness to set demanding creative challenges and the completed project is stunning and I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew, Marie, Nathan and the rest of their brilliant team.
I have just placed an order for a third project with them.

Spaces by Design undertook the renovation of our guest bedroom. Working from our requirements, they produced a design which was rendered graphically so that we could explore options. They showed great patience while we made up our minds. The resultant design was within our budget and we decided to proceed. Time was allowed for us to do the preparation of the room. The project began on time and proceeded with no significant issues, completing on time and on budget.
The team were extremely easy and cheerful to work with and showed admirable perfectionism. I cannot fault our experience with them and we were delighted with the result.
I consider that one could employ Spaces by Design with a high degree of confidence and I should certainly recommend them to anyone considering this type of undertaking.

Marie put in a lot of time and effort helping us to design the optimal layout for our new kitchen. The suppliers used seem to have provided high quality materials and the visit to the kitchen unit supplier's factory was particularly useful in ironing out the smaller details. The team that fitted the kitchen were professional and pleasant to have in our home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marie's services.

We had our new kitchen installed in March this year after 9 months plus of us deliberating, changing our mind, and redeliberating! Even during installation (sorry Andrew)!

We Chose Spaces by Design for 2 reasons the first being they do the whole job from design through to completion and secondly I know that Andrew and Marie are very talented designers with an acute eye for detail. The design was agreed with my wife (it was her project) to the price parameters set and the team came in and did the work professionally and capably and we have a fabulous new bathroom. All in all a relatively painless exercise very well carried out.
