Exceptional service from Fort Locks. The team were so friendly and helpful and made the whole process so easy. We had to put all our belongings into storage after our landlord issued a S21 notice. It was heartbreaking and stressful beyond belief and the team were so supportive and friendly when we were trying to work out what we needed for our belongings.

When it came to moving out, the team were just as lovely and helpful - making moving out so much less stressful. They helped us move into a smaller unit to ease our transition as we were downsizing.

Our belongings stayed safe and dry for almost 6 months and we couldn’t be happier with the service we had from the lovely team.

We shall certainly use Fort Locks again in the future and 100% recommend them to friends and family!!!!

What a wonderful company! Such friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. I used Fort Locks when moving house and I was 100% confident that my stuff was safe and secure while in their facility. They even let the removal company in and out so that I didn't need to attend the site.

Fort Locks goes beyond a simple self storage facility, as their staff provide a value added service that's second to none. Back in November I'd not hired storage before, however due to business expansion we were in need of some room. Immediately the staff were happy to advise, constantly keeping an eye on what would be good value for me - not just good business for them.

Fast forward three months, I consider Fort Locks to be an important extension of my business where they handle my inbound logistics with the same professionalism.

We can absolutely recommend using the Fort Locks storage containers company. We recently stored the entire contents of our house / garage and garden sheds with them whilst waiting for our house purchase to complete. The units are very secure, easy accessed, and both clean and dry.
Also, we were very grateful for the professional and friendly service provided by Jeff, Nick & Annie. Everything {including the very welcome mugs of coffee} was 1st class and we would certainly use them again without hesitation.

Fort Locks came to my rescue when my house move got delayed on the day of sale. I contacted them right at the end of the day and they were able to provide me with enough storage which ensured my house sale didn't fall through.
The facility was clean and very secure. The removal team who were moving my things were very impressed and they said they'd seen a lot of storage places!
The owner stayed late for our arrival and was so helpful to me when I arrived as i was very stressed by this point. A huge thank you to all at Fort Locks Storage.
