Had a quote in August and explained we would have liked the bathroom fitting in November while off off work. We was told that we needed there seveyor to check the measurements before they can book November. They never called us to book in even though Martin knew we were kean to move on this asap. The quote was more than we wanted to pay but felt like we were in good hands. However, looking back at the quote, we still have never really had a breakdown of how much things cost per item, this would have definitely helped so we could tweak to make it a little cheaper. My illness got worse and having been let down we decided to leave this until the new year. We went back on Saturday and Martin was in the showroom, he said the thought the seveyor had been and we didn't want to go ahead. Why would you as the sales man not give a customer a follow up call to check direct? We told him we were not impressed but however asked for a call asap so we can get moving again. I told Martin he had until Tuesday to make contact with us again with the plans and to advise when a seveyor will come..... still waiting. Very very poor service. Never call when they say they will. The bathroom overall was about £11,000 so not as if it's a cheap bathroom.
