Our experience of working with Snug Kitchens was outstanding from start to finish. Nick, Damani and the team were highly professional, practical and innovative and we felt very well supported throughout the design and installation process. Their keen attention to detail and visionary use of of space has resulted in us having a beautiful and bespoke German kitchen and great entertaining space in our home. During a very stressful whole-house renovation, the only stress-free part was working with Snug Kitchens on our beautiful new kitchen. Nick and Damini were incredible from the first time we met them: their attention to detail, passion for what they do, and determination to make every last detail perfect, were apparent from the very beginning. We knew we were in very safe hands with them. Even when our ground floor layout had to change significantly midway through the planning process, they took it in their stride and made sure we could still maximise every possible centimetre and get the kitchen we wanted. We worried about a thousand things during the renovation but we never worried about the kitchen: Snug were calm, professional, ten steps ahead of the work all through the process, and an utter delight to work with. The kitchen fitters were exceptional as well. Our head of construction, who has seen thousands of kitchen installations, said that ours was one of the best quality he's ever seen, and we could not be more thrilled with it. 10/10 for service, logics and fitting. Working with Snug kitchens was an excellent experience from start to finish.
The first meting with the team, before any agreement was made, was a discussion about the style of kitchen and desired requirements. It was evident at this meeting that Nick and his team were professionals, who had a full understanding and up to date knowledge of their subject and available products.
Time is taken to get it absolutely right for the client. Budget established, questions asked, responses listened to and suggestions made, all without pressure - A 'fridge is a 'fridge but then there are 'fridges and 'fridges. You'll know what I mean if you go there.
The whole process is mapped out so that one knows what to expect and when.
Andy 'our' kitchen fitter was professional, skilled and friendly. We wanted a shelf fitting which required a fair amount of skill and planning. The result was perfection.
The entire team at Snug Kitchens were a delight and pleasure to work with, nothing was too much trouble. The inevitable glitches that arose were dealt with immediately. Damini and her colleagues went above and beyond their remit to sort a particularly difficult problem we had, that was nobody's fault. They deserve a special thank you.
Choosing a kitchen with Snug is fun. I have no hesitation about recommending Snug Kitchens whatsoever. Snug delivers what is promised and more.

We worked with Snug Kitchens as part of a huge home refurbishment, following a recommendation by our building contractor. Nick and Damini produced designs that were exactly what we wanted, and more! No question was too small and any revisions (some last minute) were accommodated. The two Andy's who fitted the kitchen were amazing, and always came with a smile despite my "Monica" perfectionism. We now have a fabulous, sleek and contemporary kitchen that suits the needs of our family, as well as an amazing space for entertaining. We would highly recommend Snug Kitchens and wish we could give more than 5 stars!

Our visits to their showroom were delightful. Our design meetings were always productive and exciting. Their assembly process was smooth throughout. Damini Pithiya-Knight in particular was outstanding. She proved to be a much reliable and talented designer, whose communications with us were simply impeccable.

One of the worst drivers I''ve ever seen. Almost got killed by Snug Kitchens van in Oxford last week. Will never use this company or recommend it. Horrendous selfish behaviour that literally almost killed me. Have referred license plate to police with footage.
