For a long time I was looking for a pair of black and white striped chairs and found them overseas with Smithers of Stamford. I am very please and happy with my purchase. They came very well packed to my home in NJ, USA thank you!!!

1 star is generous. I’m now avoiding this company like the plague. They (or Nick, who seems to be a one man band) con you in to thinking you have ordered successfully and have your product on the way, however, when you don’t hear any update and email to find out when you are due to receive your order (I tried calling but it goes through to an automated vm on every option and all different times of the day) you are told they can’t find your order (even though you have paid for it and received an invoice - but with very few details on). They say they will look for it again. I don’t hear anything so chase up the next day (by email) and then they say there must be a stock error, there aren’t any in stock so will refund me! Well I have received the PayPal refund Nick, but will not be ordering from you again and am very disappointed with the waste of time and poor service. All the best. Personally people, I would avoid such companies but it’s up to you.

Amazing service! Emailed last week with the item I wanted, but said I couldn't order until Monday - I only wanted to know how likely it was I'd get them before Thursday - I got a quick response saying they have 3 in stock (the quantity I needed) and would put them aside (very trusting!)
