Just walked into the shop at lunchtime today. Two staff members were sitting at their desks and no one else was in the shop. The lady was on her phone and the older gentleman was sat down. I approached after having a little look round the shop and said I needed a new toilet seat where is the best place to start. He said they’re scattered all over and different types. I said I had photos and measurements, he replied by saying do I have a tape measure. I said yes and he said go measure them. I walked off to have another look, couldn’t find what I needed and walked past the desk to head towards the door. He stood up and asked had I found what I was looking for as I started heading towards the door. He was not getting my business if he was only interested in helping when he realised I was leaving. Incredibly rude person, lost the sale of the toilet seat but I actually needed 3 and a new bathroom suite. Missed that opportunity.

Hi folks, my family and I were helped by Stacey and her male colleague( sorry not good with names 🤔🙁) we came to understand all we needed, the different attributes of the full shower panels, the accessories, and even the most suitable glue. This enables us to be informed when we get quotes for the work. Brilliant, knowledgeable, patient, and good humoured. I have been using Simply Bathrooms for years and have had around 4 bathrooms/ensuites from them over time.
Recently we had a problem with a new vanity unit as well as a previously supplied one for our downstairs toilet. Both were changed without quibble by Jamie who is friendly and super helpful.

To sum up : if you want anything bathroom, these are the people to see.

We bought a bathroom cabinet which we damaged when we installed it. Could we get spares? They contacted the manufacturer who didn't have a spare part for some time so Simply Bathrooms took the part off of a cabinet, showed me how it all fitted together and charged a laughably small amount for it.
