Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Staff were extremely helpful. They offered recommendations of good tradesmen to use. Shaun Whitfield Bathrooms and Kitchens undertook the job. He arrived promptly each morning. Shaun offered great help and advice throughout the job and completed it to a very high standard.

Outstanding from start to finish. We have just had our bathroom installed by Shaun Whitfield and it is amazing. From the moment you go in you get a fantastic service from Stan and his team nothing is to much trouble. Everything was there and to the highest quality of I could give more than 5 stars I would. As for Shaun his workmanship is to the highest standard every little detail is done to a high class standard he is one of the best people I have had do work for me. If you are looking for everything in one place then go showermainia.

Our Showermania supplied bathroom refit has just been completed by Shaun Whitfield. I can honestly say it has been stress free from start to finish. The staff at Showermania were excellent with help and advice without any pressure to buy.
When it came to the installation Shaun sorted everything and nothing was too much trouble even when unexpected problems arose. We were kept up to date with photos of his progress and his attention to detail is second to none leading to an outstanding finish. Both he and Rob were courteous and the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. It is not often you can say it is a pleasure to have workmen in your home but this was certainly one of them. Thank you Shaun and Rob.

They have a wide selection in stock, however VERY expensive compared to other plastic suppliers, the corner trims aren't long enough for the average room height and very brittle so cut with extreme care, the price is more than double everywhere else even for trade.
Response - Quay plastics, Eurocell, HRP and even Tecaz are WAY cheaper and in my opinion better quality and supplied in more suitable lengths

Second bathroom had done from shower mania. Shout out to Shaun Whitfield who fitted it.very professional and was kept informed all the way through the fitting even when he came across a snag. So pleased with the en-suite end result. Defo recommend shower mania. Having them to fit 3 bathroom out in future. Professional, courteous,and tidied up mess on drive and bathroom. If only his singing was as good as his workmanship 😂😂 would recommend to anybody.

Just had our new bathroom fitted by Shaun Whitfield and have to say he has done a fabulous job from start to finish he is very meticulous and installed everything better than we were expecting he is very polite and leaves every night without any mess he laid plastic on the stairs and put dust sheets on the hard floor I would thouraghly recommend Shaun for anyone getting a bathroom fitted, great job well done, thank you Shaun.

Showermania supplied the fittings, floor and wall coverings for our bathroom and toilet refit. The staff were very helpful and there was certainly no 'hard sell'. The job was done by Shaun Whitfield and I have to say that he's done a fabulous job. His attention to detail is second to none and nothing is too much trouble for him. There were a couple of unexpected issues and Shaun just took them in his stride and sorted everything out. This made the whole process so much less stressful. He was punctual, polite and made sure that everything was left clean and tidy. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Disgraceful customer service from start to finish. Once they have your money they don't want to know. Multiple errors made by the team and despite booking a one to one appointment with their staff the quote they gave us was still incorrect and the wrong items sent. They refused to accept responsibility and were incredibly unhelpful and rude regarding returns blaming me for their mistake.
Furthermore, more than one part of the order didn't arrive. I was informed of this only on the afternoon of delivery that one of the mysteriously missing items was actually discontinued! This was despite paying fully in advance and being reassured all was fine. I was left with no flooring before my arranged bathroom fit. Luckily I managed to find the same product cheaper from another online retailer.
My advice - avoid at all costs, I only wish I had.

In Response - please explain why I was charged for a product you were unable to supply and not informed about the discontinuation at the time of purchase? Why did you wait until the day of delivery?
The quote did not specify the colour of the tray and I was told later that I should have been well aware that "MX" trays only come in white. Having never worked in bathroom supplies or looked at any other trays but the black one I selected during my visits it seems unfair to expect that of customers.
You completely refused to collect the tray, comically suggesting I put it in my own car. It was only another error by your staff that meant the tray was returned to store.
