Sevastian Limited did an exceptional job on my large back to brick property refurbishment project. Ilya and his team handled a complex reconfiguration and renovation with professionalism and attention to detail. This involved helping with planning the layout, interior design, creating new bedrooms and en-suites, new kitchen, new electrics, new plumbing, new doors and windows, internal insulation of all external walls…basically everything.

From our first meeting, Ilya's punctuality, thoughtful questions, helpful ideas and tailored quote made me confident in choosing him for the project and I am so glad I did.

Ilya and his team have redesigned one of our bedrooms into an office. The transformation is incredible and the room has become one of our favourites in the whole house. The work was done to an extremely high standard and they accommodated all of our new requests as the project was progressing. The craftsmanship is impeccable, the work is done fast but to a very high quality, and a very reasonable price. They would listen and do everything as you have asked, and even better, because they would suggest things you had no idea can be done, expanding space, making things more efficient, and beautiful. My wife and I cannot recommend Ilya and his company highly enough! He has done a number of jobs for us and each time the quality of his work has been excellent. He is a thorough professional who listens carefully to what is asked of him and where necessary offers good advice to make the job outcome even better than we had imagined!
