Serenity stripped our bathroom back to brick and completely refurbished and refitted it.
Dave in the showroom was thorough and patient to ensure we got the design right.
Rob and Lee were meticulous in an excellent refurbishment. Albert is a first class electrician and Greg is a top plasterer.
Overall, a very good job and we are very happy with the result. Based on our experience, I would have no hesitation in using Serenity again or referring them to others. Thanks go to a very good, professional team.

Dave and Charlotte in the showroom are so welcome and friendly. Dave did the measuring for the quote and was very helpful. The fitter Scott was excellent, he worked really hard and always consulted me during the fitting of the bathroom. The electrician was also very good and came very quickly to resolve a slight problem after completion.. I am thrilled with the result and would recommend the team at Serenity. The service provided to me was excellent.

Absolutely delighted with my new kitchen island. Serenity fitted my kitchen four years ago and they suggested a kitchen island too. At the time I wasn’t sure but after four years finally decided to have one put in. Oh my goodness what a difference it has made, lots more preparation space, really completes the kitchen and a great sociable area. . Thank you so much Serenity, a superb job, should have done it years ago!

Expensive showers only lasted 3 years. Headache and expensive to replace all bathrooms again. Poor quality equipment. Finding another company to do the repairs.

We had our bathroom and cloakroom fitted 3 years ago and on first appearance they look fabulous. However we have been reaping the results since. They came back and did the snags to start with but as we had gone over 12 months would not come back to replace the shoddy silicone on the shower which had already had to be replaced. We have had to have a new pop up plug in the cloakroom, the cistern is just being replaced as it will not stop running. It also leaks over the front of tank. The tank is the cheapest thing I have ever seen. We have also now discovered that the floor tiles in the bathroom are coming loose! I would not use them again. They are only as good as the materials they use and the fitters who install them.

We had our bathroom completely refitted with Serenity Kingswinford. They were brilliant throughout, very friendly, professional, and courteous. (very very fair price also). Serenity designed, supplied. and fitted everything just as we wanted, including new flooring, ceiling, plumbing and electrics. Only one very minor niggle with some shrunken sealant after a few days, but they immediately came and resolved that. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely delighted with the quality and workmanship of my beautiful kitchen. Our barn was very dark in the kitchen area and it has been totally transformed into something bright, and in keeping with the barn. Jay, Steve, Rich and Rob were prompt, polite and totally went beyond our expectations. The kitchen itself was bespoke and you can really tell the difference, however after visiting the impressive showroom I have to say the other units were of very high quality too. This is not one of your typical cheap and cheerful outfits, it is one of style , class and precision.
Nathan came to our place the day we moved in and created a wonderful digital image in 3D so we could see exactly what the kitchen would look like. The technology is amazing.
I would 100% recommend Serenity kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.
