Ordering is now via in store tablets although one of the best systems I've used. Simple to order just click collect in store and then you can send the order to the till. The cashier was very polite and picked up the items swiftly. Great service!

It's impossible to say anything bad about Screwfix. The site is well staffed and service is rapid. The click and collect chick in system means you can be in and out in seconds.

The location is great not far from Morrisons but tucked well away from the supermarket crowding.

There's about 16 car park spots if everyone behaves but more like 8 when people park like idiots. This isn't a massive issue though as most of the time you're in and out in under a minute.

The prices vary slightly to Toolstation, Wickes and B&Q which are all less than 5 mins away by car. So do check your prices always. All in all a great service to the local area.

This is my go to shop for all my DIY needs especially due to very supportive staff. Specially like to mention “Chris” who helped me a lot with my last order when I was trying to fix a broken pipe urgently and was struggling with products to buy. “Chris” helped me to order the right stuff and fix my problem. This is my third home. The customer area may be small but the warehouse area is huge. I take advantage of both in-store browsing as well as click and collect. The staff are both courteous and knowledgeable. The prices are great and the product reviews are reliable. I have done returns without any fuss - goods were in good order

Today I went into screwfix for help getting screws for a water feature now this doesn't sound that exciting or important however Jess was so helpful in tracking down what screw size I needed also with advice on the fact it needed to be used in water, which hadn't crossed my mind and even after not being able to supply me with the correct screws found them online for me. It was an important thing for me and Jess made me feel it was important to her too. Massive well done Jess and any future things I need I will be buying them from you. Management please recognise Jess for this her service was outstanding for 2 tiny screws which shows she would be the exact same for the bigger things

Great service, I ordered for click and collect, I received a text within minutes saying that it was ready to collect. Went straight there, they took the code from the text, confirmed my name and the brought it straight out. Literally no waiting. Also the circular saw i purchased was great too.
