We were recommended by a customer who had their kitchen designed and fitted by Schmidt in Knowle solihull and they could not recommend them highly enough .

From the moment we walked into the show room we were made to feel so relaxed. There was no hard selling and we never felt rushed . Shelley was very attentive and spent a great deal of time going through the process with us .

Chloe was amazing with the design and helped us make a few changes to accommodate the space we were looking for.

A further thank you to the talented Tom the kitchen fitter he is perfectionist and he was the icing on the cake to enable it all to come together

The quality of the kitchen is amazing and initially we thought it was the out of our price range but we were pleasantly surprised . You also get what you pay for , the quality of the goods and the service we had is worth every penny

Thank you to Shelly and her brilliant team for helping us design and then install our Schmidt kitchen, which we are absolutely thrilled with.

It was a difficult brief as we were renovating a flat in London and only had roughly floor plans. The team went through everything in detail and we finalised a plan which we loved, mixing different styles from the range. We also got a great deal on appliances. A last minute ‘what about a wine cooler in the dining area’ was sorted with no problems.

An example of ‘above and beyond’ was when there were a few problems with the architect’s drawings so Shelly and Mark came to the London flat when on a personal trip to London to sort it out.

And finally a call out to Tom the fitter. He did a brilliant job and as we were away when he finished, we got a step by step video walk through of what he had done along with guides etc. Brilliant.

Thanks to the whole team - we finally love our kitchen!!!

Over 12 months in the making … from my very first visit to Schmidt I knew I’d visited the right place. Shelly was the perfect person to help us achieve what we wanted - she introduced us to Chloe (our designer) who was thorough and accommodating. Tom & Josh (the fitters) bought the design to life. I can recommend Shelly/Mark and their entire team 100% an absolute pleasure every step of the way. We love our kitchen/utility and wardrobe room. We had a great experience dealing with the Schmidt team in Solihull for our kitchen and utility. Shelly, Mark and Chloe were fantastically helpful with great ideas, and coped admirably with our never ending decision changes! The quality of the kitchen is brilliant and their design of the space first class. Loved the VR Headset - really helped visualise it all in advance. 110% recommend!

The experience of getting our new kitchen from Schmidt was very smooth from start to finish. Chloe went through every detail and took as much time as we needed to get everything just right. The kitchen arrived on time and Tom and Josh worked hard to install it on schedule. There were a couple of small things that were not quite as ordered but that they were rectified very quickly and without fuss by Schmidt and it didn't hold anything up. Then the follow up and final sign off from Shelly at Schmidt was very thorough. There were a couple of tiny things that Shelly spotted that we hadn't even noticed (like one cupboard door being a few millimetres lower than the one next to it!) and so Tom is going to come round and adjust it. So all in all I can say it's a very professional service and I would highly recommend.

We provided Schmidt with an architect’s drawing for our new work surface. As you will see from the photo it is an unusual design and initially caused a few headaches. The team worked incredibly hard over several days to come up with a solution that would fulfil the architect’s vision. We are delighted with the results and would like to extend our thanks to everyone involved in turning this design into a reality. We cannot praise Schmidt highly enough.

The overall experience from initial enquiry to design, installation and sign-off was great. The extensive showroom, plus the advice of the design team, made choosing the kitchen cabinets, worktops and colour combinations an easy process with no hard-sell tactics to deal with. Would probably say that the star of the show was Tom, the fitter. His eye for detail and his attitude that nothing less than perfect would do was a rare and refreshing experience.
