Just finished having my Schmidt kitchen fitted and I am so happy with the result. Ellie from the Oxford showroom was great guiding me through the whole process, considering all requirements and options and organising the installation. A few minor issues with delivery was very well managed and the install very professional. I would highly recommend Schmidt kitchens (this is my second kitchen) and the Oxford showroom. So happy 😀

We enjoyed our experience dealing with Ellie and her staff at Schmidt Oxford from the very first visit. We appreciated not just that Ellie listened carefully to what we wanted, but also that she had plenty of wise input herself. The fact that Ellie is a qualified designer obviously adds to the impact of her advice. She could visualise how the room would look after installation and proposed several solutions for how to best fit the space available and achieve the most functional arrangement of the cupboards, drawers etc. She was honest, attentive and patient throughout the process.

The installer used by Schmidt, Lewis, was also very thorough and knowledgable. We are very pleased with the outcome, which has transformed our kitchen into a very modern, welcoming and light space. We would highly recommend Schmidt kitchens.

Fabulous throughout!
We were struggling to find exactly what we wanted elsewhere and then a call in to the Schmidt Showroom to get inspiration and a ‘why not’ enquiry meant we were so impressed with the product, functionality and aesthetic that we sat down with Luc to discuss our ideas and ended up putting in an order. He suggested clever ways to keep to our original budget and we still got our uber cool kitchen at a price we could afford.
Luc and his team were excellent and friendly during the design process and beyond. The very deep drawers meant we could go with less wall units to make it all feel more spacious but with more storage than before.

The units all arrived on time. We fitted it ourselves and Luc called in to answer questions and make sure that we were on track. Fabulous design and efficiency meant although tricky, in the end (with a little help 🙂 we got there. Perfection. We had a slight problem with a part but without fuss we were supplied a replacements which arrived as specified.

Nothing about it we don’t love here and we cannot recommend Schmidt Oxford too highly. Thanks so much.

We couldn't be happier with our experience of working with Luc and his team at Schmidt. We didn't want an "off-the-shelf" kitchen - worktops and shelving on the walls are from other suppliers - and Luc bent over backwards to integrate our Schmidt units into our bigger plans and came up with great ideas at the design stage. He saw to it that any issues were resolved right away, and was very professional throughout the process. We have been using the kitchen for almost a year and it is as good as new - units are good quality and well designed for busy family that like to cook. So happy to have found them - highly recommended!

We're absolutely delighted with the kitchen that we bought from Schmidt.

From start to finish the experience was extremely enjoyable.

We spent several hours with Luc in the first place designing a kitchen, and actually placing a deposit and order, only for our plans to change (planning permission for an extension to house the kitchen), Luc accommodated our change of requirements extremely quickly and helped us redesign from scratch an entirely different kitchen to the one we first discussed!

Luc was always available to discuss and make adjustments as and when we needed them. I spent many a panicked call discussing extraction and various little specific items, he was more than happy to assist.

The kitchen itself arrived promptly, Luc came over to help talk our installers through the assembly of the kitchen and everything went very well.

Our fitters said that it was one of the best quality kitchens they had fitted.

We used Schmidt off the back of a recommendation from a friend, we were all set on a Howdens, or Wren or similar kitchen, we're so pleased that we went with Schmidt - we have recommended to several other friends and family since!

We're now the proud owners of a Schmidt kitchen and we are delighted with it! During our search for the "perfect kitchen" we spent a long day with Luc at the Schmidt showroom talking through our ideas. Luc was very attentive and provided some really good guidance during our discussion, and the use of modelling software helped us to visualise our creation. Luc was also very helpful in making suggestions of what to include / remove from our designs in order to meet our budget. Following the order being placed, the kitchen arrived on time and was fitted by a builder that we had employed to work on our house extension project. We are really thrilled with the final product. Luc's colleague, Ellie was very response and helpful in the follow up conversations to sort out the fine details during the install. Overall, I would say that the build quality is excellent, the appliances are high end (we went for Siemens throughout) and the design has given us a lot of usable space. I would definitely recommend paying a visit to the showroom in Oxford to have a look at some of their designs and take advantage of the high level of consultation that Luc and Ellie offer. Richard
