We are absolutely thrilled with our new Schmidt Bristol kitchen. From start to finish we have received an excellent service from Marielle and her team.

We enjoyed working with Marielle on the design of our kitchen and she gave us unlimited time and patience in the process. Her knowledge of the product along with her expertise fills you with confidence. Every aspect of your new kitchen is considered in a step by step process with examples of most elements displayed in their lovely showroom. Marielle came up with some great designs allowing us options for our final decision and budget allowance.

We continued to receive a great service throughout with Matt making multiple visits to ensure everything was as it should be regarding the renovations , delivery and final checks and Jessica’s help with appliances and admin etc. Any small issues upon delivery were dealt with immediately and very satisfactorily.

The furniture itself is of great quality and has a very premium finish.

We would not hesitate to recommend Schmidt Bristol to anyone that is looking for a new kitchen.

Amazing service from start to finish. Initially was choosing between two suppliers and maybe I liked the other kitchen more but went with Schmidt due to their professional and amazing customer service from the minute I stepped into the showroom.
Georgie got the idea of what style kitchen I like after our first meeting and was pretty spot on with the design I was after.
She patiently went through various amendments in order to meet our budget and enable us to be able to afford our dream kitchen.
Due to limited budget we were fitting kitchen ourselves and Matt from installation team was so helpful when we needed advice. Had multiple video calls with him and he came to our house to give advice on installation.
I couldn’t recommend Schmidt Bristol enough!

We had a really brilliant experience with Schmidt from the first time we walked into the showroom right through to the kitchen sign off. Kelly was a fantastic designer with lots of experience and brilliant ideas, perfectly balancing creativity, design knowledge and practicality for a family with young children.

I have no hesitation in recommending Schmidt Bristol. From design to installation, the whole team excelled themselves and we always felt totally confident in their commitment; both to us as their clients and their own desire to produce a stunning end result.

Eleanor was fantastic to work with through the design phase, she had endless patience for my questions and desire to revisit details. Jessica always communicated clearly and professionally and Matt was a genuine pleasure to have on site, always keeping a close eye on the installation and providing sage advice as required - exceptional really.

I was also incredibly impressed with how Marielle and her team dealt with any issues that arose. We had an issue with a worksurface (not even Schmidts fault) and at every stage Marielle put our minds at ease that she had our backs and would ensure we got the result we wanted. This level of customer focus is a rare thing these days. If you are going through the stress of having your house pulled apart, knowing that your kitchen is in the hands of a company that genuinely cares and isn't solely focused on their own margins is worth it's weight in gold.

I should of course mention that the product itself is first class! We love our new kitchen. A massive thanks from us to Marielle and the whole team. Keep doing what you do.

Headline: We never thought that buying a new kitchen could be such a great experience.

From our first visit with our jumble of ideas and no real idea of what could be achieved to the end result was such a positive journey.

Our designer Chrissie listened carefully as we listed everything we wanted. She came up with a beautiful design with helpful suggestions and ideas before showing us what it would look like using the VR headset. This is so much more than a gimmick, you get to wander round the kitchen and experience what it will be like to live and cook in the space.

We have a small area but it’s packed full of neat and practical storage solutions, attractive and high quality design and has become a beautiful room that the whole family loves to spend time in.

Kitchen fitter Jack was great to work with too and has assembled a top team of fellas who all go the extra mile to make sure the finished product is top quality. Jack also created a utility space in our garage for us and it’s fair to say we enjoyed his company as much as the top quality workmanship he and his team supplied.

Absolutely no hesitation in heartily recommending Schmidt Bristol. Lovely people doing a great job for what we considered to be a very fair price considering the quality of the units and the beautiful new kitchen that we have now. Thanks guys! We’ll be back.
