After browsing the 'usual suspects' for a new kitchen we found this company and contacted them about a full design as part of our house refurb. We contacted Chris Wilson, and he visited our house a couple of times to get a feel for what we wanted. His initial design was fabulous, but budget restrictions meant we had to request something slightly more modest. Undeterred, he revisited and reviewed all our options (including amending the building works!). He couldn't have more helpful and patiently offered advice and ideas while we dithered about what we actually wanted. As the building work became rather protracted, and costs rose, I must admit we came close to taking a Wren interest free credit option. I'm so glad we didn't though. The kitchen we ended up with is top quality and actually great value. Chris was always available to discuss our (endless) changes and provide advice around the general build work. In the midst of so many trades people and decisions it was invaluable to have someone who you could trust like this. I'm pretty certain we've tested his patience to the limit but he's always maintained a polite, professional service and we couldn't recommend him and the product highly enough.

After over a year of visiting many showrooms I could not find anyone that could offer a design that hit my brief. When I had nearly given up hope, I found the team at sauté and soak. The design they gave and the knowledge of kitchens was outstanding. I would highly recommend.

Firstly Thank you so much to Chris for his competent service, working with him throughout was an absolute breath of fresh air and everything went genuinely perfect! We feel so lucky as trying to get people to do what they say they’re going to do can be quite something these days! hard to find someone like Chris, thanks for an excellent service start to finish, so pleased with every aspect of works undertaken. Amazing service and product range!! Literally couldn't do enough for us from start to finish, making sure our bathroom was exactly how we wanted it! The finished product is amazing. Always getting compliments on it 😍 wouldn't go anywhere else!

I would avoid this company at all costs. They are very unprofessional and have left me with an unfinished kitchen and are ignoring all communications.

The design process was great, then it all went pear-shaped on installation which has left me with half a kitchen for weeks.

Terrible communications from them throughout the process and their customer service is non-existent. They really should be avoided....
