We first visited Sanctuary Bathrooms in August 2024; we had a design concept for our bathrooms, but no specific products. We met with Jamie Hitchen (Sales), who listened to our ideas, guided us through the various options and provided brochures. Jamie has a lot of experience in the industry and gave us a few do's and don'ts based on our existing bathrooms and what we wanted. We made the choices and Jamie produced really good JPEGS of what the bathrooms would look like. After a few changes, we placed orders for the products (Crosswater, GSI and HIB). Sanctuary were very flexible about the period between our order and when we would need the products to be delivered. We've now had the bathroom works completed and we're delighted with the results. Top quality products from a top quality company.

The team at Sanctuary Bathrooms were exceptionally helpful, particularly Jamie. I knew what I wanted, but needed help with the attachments and other accessories. He helped to pick the supporting items. I called a few times, asking questions to ensure we could match the chrome with other items, and nothing was too much trouble.

The customer service was fantastic, keeping me informed as we had a custom painted bath and we had to push the delivery back to accommodate the plumbers coming in.

Love the bathroom, the products are superb quality and they look incredible in the bathroom. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. The order had some complexities, regarding sizes we (not Sanctuary) were not 100% about. Richard was a joy to correspond with, kept all promises regards checking stock, returning calls and ensured the order went through with as little hassle as possible. Would definitely use again without hesitation.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from the start to finish , when trying to source a bathroom for any project you are always worried about who you give your hard earned money to and what the consequences of anything going wrong will be . Sanctuary will be my go to for years to come . Im both impressed and comfortable with the knowledge Paul and his team have and the way they handled our project was 10/10 . The pricing is realistic and they will go out of there way to help you feel comfortable I have seen some bad reviews on here however I run a bussiness myself and it’s hard to control every member of your team for those who know . Well done boys keep up the good work you are doing great

So far it’s not been great, I ordered a set of taps and shower head/mixer in December, just after Christmas. It finally arrived, 3-4 weeks later, as promised, and I’m so disappointed. The delivery aspect has been horrendous. Sanctuary bathrooms use DPD, whom delivered on the day after they said they would, so I wasn’t home. They arranged to redeliver, only the second time, I made provisions with work so I could be home to accept delivery. DPD didn’t deliver and lied about trying to deliver, which I have CCTV proof to show it wasn’t delivered. Called Sanctuary bathrooms and they said “it’s DPD, not our fault, sowwwy”. So I lost half a day at work and obviously, the customer, me, pays for this in my time lost at work. Third time it was delivered successfully. Great. Went to find the package in the lobby that seemed like it’s been bashed around. The entire box was tattered. Whatever, brought it upstairs only to go through everything and each single box seemed like it was opened and repackaged once, as if they’re second hand used or leftovers from a showroom. One of the handles of the basins however, was broken. Just as in the picture below. So I called Sanctuary bathrooms and they said “yeah, customer service will deal with it via email.” So…. The bathroom construction starts in a week/10 days, and they expect me to just wait on customer service to reply to my email and “deal with my query”. This company has no accountability for anything, they pass blame on to the delivery or when something is broken, they leave it to customer service to sort out when urgency is on the line. I understand it’s my responsibility to order parts well ahead of time, but at this point, they don’t seem to really care to take any responsibility or take matters to expedite a solution for me. It’s the same with most companies now days. Customer has to pay with their own time and I’m left hanging, as usual. Not good.

Items all arrived fine and as described but changed direction we were going with bathroom. Reached out to return the order and sent images of the items as requested. Received a confirmation my return had been accepted and I'd be contacted within 10 days to arrange collection. 10 days past and I hadn't heard anything so I reached out and didn't hear back. I raised another ticket a few days after around my return and didn't hear anything back. I have called several times over this period, the phone is either never picked up or picked up and immediately put down. Over the course of a month I only managed to speak to someone on the phone twice, neither occasion resulted in anything useful. It is now the 21st of November and nothing has changed. I'm currently in the process of building a legal case to get my refund back. Avoid this company at all costs, atrocious practice.
