Sam designed and supplied our new kitchen. The design work was incredible. We wanted to maximize storage in a relatively small space and Sam's design work defies physics. The breakfast bar he suggested is our favourite feature. And the appliances are sensational! Sam does not put any pressure on but is also more than happy to offer his advise and reasoning should you ask. Which I did multiple times having never done this before.

Sam is extremely professional, communicative and upfront about costs and timings. His customer service throughout the project, including the aftercare was brilliant and as such Id recommend him to anyone.
Based on these qualities I would highly recommend you use him for project management. We didn't, we actually met Sam through our installer/'Project Manager'. I didn't realise Sam offered this service until it was too late for us. Our own project management was hideous and when communication broke down entirely between me and my kitchen fitter, Sam stepped in and coordinated with kindness and professionalism.

The end result is perfect, I think it was always going to be when you buy a quality kitchen like the ones supplied by Sam. But I suspect If Id used Sam for full project management and relied on his team and experience for everything the actual process itself would have also been a smooth operation.
Sam's contribution to the project was perfect in every way and Im extremely grateful for his involvement.

First Class experience

Samuel Neal Kitchens has just completed a large kitchen and installation for my wife and I, we were both extremely happy with the whole process and we received top quality service from the initial design stage to installation.

The Kitchen itself has been fantastically designed and the layout has worked so well with the space we had available. Sam went out his way to make sure we were happy with every step of the installation and answered any questions we had as the kitchen took shape. The kitchen fitter was very professional/clean and tidy but most of all very friendly which hasn’t always been the case with other Companies we have used over the years. My wife and I are over the moon with the finished Kitchen and would both highly recommend.
