10/10 in all aspects. Price, staff, ease of access etc. I picked up my things and closed my account and it was such a breeze. The second time to use them as a student and I couldn’t recommend them anymore. Their customer support line is great and the staff on sight are brilliant. Paul the manager was aggressive and argumentative when I made a complaint regarding site health and safety. I got a flat tyre due to broken glass on the loading bay. It was still there every time we visited to empty the unit. No staff conducted a walk round check whilst we were there. Staff were just sat in the office. Paul was unprofessional on the phone and I had to cut the phone off to avoid an argument. They also add on extra costs without making it clear. There is no light in the unit making it very difficult to see what you are doing. Always freezing cold. Avoid this place at all costs.

All in the offfice at Bellotts Road, Bath were super helpful; explaining my options clearly and showing me a choice of units. When I wanted to bring forward my occupancy date, it was no problem. Trolleys were on hand and access was easy. Highly recommend.

We did rent an store of 4 square meters for a few monthes. After one heavy rain, it was flooded, everything wed. We did pay the insurance, but as sometimes happens they just do not pay what it has been damaged.. Summary: not safe at all and not worth at all to pay the insurance. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
