We’re extremely pleased with our Kitchen from Ruach! From start to finish excellent all round. I had 15 different companies pitch for the space (I like to shop around), I’d say 12 of them simply copied what was already there without bothering to actually check if that was the right design for the space. On the other hand, Heather at Ruach was one of the only designers to *really* look at the space (which is very complex, being small and situated under a staircase) and match it to our requirements, then completely redesign the space to fit the brief. Heather produced multiple designs in the initial stages to refine what we wanted, which was a huge help, and we ultimately managed to squeeze everything into our tiny space, and we couldn’t be happier!

The fact that we selected Ruach out of 15 different companies in the local area says a lot. With our awkward space we needed a properly bespoke kitchen, and Ruach were the only kitchen company I found capable of delivering what we wanted. Bespoke is a word bandied about by a lot of kitchen companies, but Ruach can actually do it – we had shorter skirting, deeper drawers, super slim drawers, deeper worktops, triangular bits, bespoke shelves, panels scribed in, so many things they modified to fit our space.

Fitting was flawlessly executed by Neil, and smart decision making on-site meant we actually managed to squeeze a bit of extra space in some areas. The snagging bits and pieces were all completed without complaint, and exactly to our specification. Price-wise, they were on the mid-range of the scale for the furniture, but were happy to price match appliances (on a black Friday too!), and overall the price was very fair given the highly bespoke nature of what we required, and the quality of the furniture and fitting!

Massive thanks to the whole team, I would have no hesitation in recommending or using for another kitchen in future! Dream kitchen delivered for sure!

On a side note, for anyone looking to get a kitchen – highly recommend the flush hob, it’s a dream to clean 😉

This how it was left ..for my under cabinet lighting.
I have asked Ruach to come back and repair the issues that happened thoughout the construction of the kitchen. The plastering was quoted for lasting 2 days. The MD of Ruach was trying to get the 3 rd party plasterer to get the job done within 1 day. It actually took 1.5 days and almost immediately, the plaster had blown with a large crack in the plaster. I disagree with other statements that Ruach saying they have honest and good communications, as they totally ignored me for 6 mths. When sink was moved, I asked about the relocation of the outside tap and it was hillarious that at one point, I had no outside tap that was working, even though it was still in the wall. The glass cabinet was meant to have internal lighting. The floor was also meant to be sorted out and "ready for flooring" - Me and my partner had to spend a weekend on our hands and knees sorting it out (It was logged as part of the quote). The electrical outlets were supposed to be just over the tiles to the side of the kitchen. This was part of the design, when the 3rd party electrical contractors came over, I had actually showed a tile in one hand and socket in the other. They messed up - the sockets were far too high. When I complained, the 3rd party electrician said that Ruach overrode my request and Ruach said "its how everyone's sockets should be". Against the plans, they had installed a microwave which is dangerous and above my head. Taking hot liquids out, I need a step ladder. - After 6 months asking for help, I have decided to live with the poor workmanship and regret using them. In all honesty - In response to my earlier Google review, they did ask to come back to rectify, but it was far too late and I don't want anyone from their company to visit.

I am appalled at the sheer lack of professionalism and competency displayed by you and your team in you response to this review. You can reply all you want, but the fact remains: neither you nor your designers have any understanding of proper design practices. The quality of your work is beyond shoddy, and it is evident that you lack the expertise to deliver even the most basic standards expected in your field.

You have no real experience in DMC(Design Manufacture Construct), yet you deceive clients by painting a picture of excellence and taking their deposits under false pretenses. Your inability to measure up, both figuratively and literally, speaks volumes about the incompetence of your operation. It is beyond disgraceful that you have left clients in such desperate and unacceptable situations.

To make matters worse, you seem unable to craft a response without resorting to AI-generated replies, which only highlights the superficiality of your business. This blatant lack of accountability and professionalism is likely why, as I have been informed, your company has gone into liquidation.

So, who will you blame this time? The fitter?, ME? Or will you finally accept responsibility for your shocking lack of knowledge and utter failure to deliver on your promises?

The entire situation is nothing short of an absolute disgrace. I am utterly disgusted and professionally embarrassed by your conduct and the harm you have caused to your clients. What and they opened a new company under Creative Kitchens Westerham Ltd. SERIOUSLY TO RUIN MORE LIVES

Ruach have just finished our new kitchen and we couldn't be more delighted. Violet came up with a great design that we wouldn't have thought of. The quality of the units is brilliant and the fitters were outstanding. Darren & Ben did the majority of the work and their skill levels and attention to detail were second to none. Their interaction with the customer was also superb - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Ruach 😎👍

Before choosing Ruach Kitchens we visited a few other showrooms, however after a discussion with Heather their designer we felt she really had a grip of our requirements.
From the outset we decided to be away whilst the work was being carried out, how pleased we were to receive updates from the trades people as progress was made with photographs and videos.
On our return we were greeted with our dream kitchen looking exactly the same as the computer designs supplied by Heather.
Needles to say the whole experience dealing with Ruach Kitchens has been a pleasure, and the after service has been equally as good, nothing has been too much trouble.
Would we use this company again........Oh yes indeed.

My design brief was to create a beautiful modern kitchen within budget, and minimal disruption! All the team were professional and helpful, the design suggestions were much appreciated and the installation went smoothly with the coordination of services organised by Ruach. The end result definitely met my expectations. JM
