After first meeting Richard and Charlotte we knew we had met the right people to do our kitchen, they took on board all of our ideas and then came up with the most fantastic kitchen design, every person rs kitchen uses are of a high standard and very professional. As the pictures clearly show the finish is of the highest standard and no issue was to small for them to deal with. We did move somethings around whilst the build/refit was being done and again this never caused an issue as both Richard and Charlotte could see the benefits. Again can't thank them enough for transforming our home.

From our first meeting with Richard his passion for kitchens was clear. He came up with some great ideas for our kitchen and took the time to explain everything to us.

Richard and Luke did a fantastic job fitting the kitchen, which has been done to a very high standard including many details and finishing touches I'm convinced we wouldn't have got from other suppliers.

We did have a couple of minor hiccups along the way, but Richard took them in his stride and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Never did he make us feel that we were being a problem and made sure we were satisfied down to the smallest detail.

As a result, I'd highly recommend RS Kitchens.

A fantastic service from start to finish, Richard and Charlotte designed a perfect kitchen adapted for a wheelchair user which looks just stunning. The attention to detail has been amazing and the whole experience joyful, we were given a project timeline and they delivered on time. I had been dreading getting the adaptations done after my husband became disabled but the calm reassurance and professional project management made the whole experience exciting rather than daunting. We were looking for kitchen modifications as the lack of work surface space in our existing kitchen was proving to be frustrating and the appliances were poor. We looked into 3 local companies but ended up with RS Kitchens as they were the only ones who listened to our need and came up with a workable solution. Rich and his team were superb from start to finish - always attentive to our needs and jumping on any issues and snags that occurred. I’d thoroughly recommend them.

I truly thought knew what I wanted until I visited the studio in Stony. Richard helped me see that there were so many other options then cream and black, so much so that I finished with a pink and indigo kitchen!!

The main thing for me was to have as little stress as possible, and this was exactly what happened. The whole project was handled very efficiently by Richard and his team, with things happening on the days detailed in the itinerary. All the trades were exceptional and the work was to a very high standard. Richard and Luke worked hard to get the job done, as I was quite absent at work most of the time, this was really appreciated.

Rich’s passion for kitchen design was clear from the moment we met him. He came up with some fantastic ideas for our kitchen and we couldn’t be more delighted with the end result. There were many obstacles along the way but Rich never let the issues dampen his positivity, and he found a way through the problems that come with a very old house with skill and humour. Rich did a great job coordinating all of the other tradespeople needed for the job and his and Luke’s skills in fitting the kitchen were second to none. After the job was finished Rich was happy to return when we came across minor issues. Even better than his workmanship was Rich’s ability to communicate. He constantly updated us on progress in person or by WhatsApp if we were out working. We genuinely enjoyed having Rich around the place and even trusted him and Luke to work in our house when we were away on holiday - not something we would have done with many tradespeople.

We were so pleased with Rich’s work that we got him back in for a second job and he didn’t disappoint second time round either - another fantastic piece of work. All in all we would highly recommend Rich and RS kitchens to anyone looking for a local company that cares about the details and the experience of their customers. Thanks again guys!

We decided to go with RS Kitchens when we couldn't find the kitchen we liked in the right colour at Wren, Howdens and Magnet. We were a little unsure about going with a smaller company but now we wouldn't go anywhere else!

From the moment we walked in to their shop both Charlotte and Richard were friendly and helpful, providing us with so many different colour and style options, something you don't really get at the bigger companies. We were looking for something similar to the Howdens Fairford kitchen for a similar price but in a different colour and we're very happy with what we ended up with. The quality of the doors, units and internal fixtures (kidney bean shelves, drawers and cutlery inserts etc.) is far better than the Howdens units and feels like it will last a lot longer.

Richard fitted our kitchen and we were very impressed with the standard to which our kitchen was fitted and we're very happy with the design changes that he recommended. We had previously had our design quoted by the 3 larger companies mentioned above and none of them pointed out these changes which really improved our kitchen.

I would 100% recommend Richard and Charlotte as we will definitely be using them again in the future!
