I can’t recommend RPS Bathroom Installations enough. From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant.

The whole process was so smooth and stress free. When we first met, they really took the time to understand what I wanted, talked me through the options, and helped me figure out the best design for my space and budget. They were upfront about costs and timelines, which made everything so much easier.

When it came to the actual installation, I was blown away by the quality of their work. Every detail was perfect, the tiling, the fittings, and the overall finish. It was nice to know they really care about what they do and the end result. They cleaned up after themselves every day, which was a nice touch.

Sophie and Rob was extremely friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were always happy to answer my questions or explain what was happening. You don’t get that level of care and attention with everyone these days.

Now, I’ve got a bathroom that honestly feels like it belongs in a fancy spa. I love it! If you’re thinking about getting your bathroom done, seriously, give RPS a call. They’re amazing, and I’m so happy I chose them.

I’m not one for leaving reviews normally but felt that it was a must on this occasion as I can’t speak highly enough of Rob and all at RPS Bathrooms.
We recently had a complete refurb of our bathroom and downstairs toilet and they both look absolutely amazing - we are delighted with the results, they exceed all our expectations.
The entire process was faultless, from meeting Rob in our home for the initial quote, to visiting the showroom and speaking to Sophie about products to the actual install by Rob and Jake.
The whole team is a credit to the business. Everyone is polite, respectful, approachable friendly and knowledgable.
Rob made suggestions around what would work in our spaces during his first visit and Sophie listened to us when we visited to the showroom and really took the time to understand our taste and needs. Sophie’s product knowledge is second to none and she got us spot on!
Rob is a true gentlemen who takes immense pride in his work, nothing is too much trouble and he goes above and beyond. He is extremely professional, updated us at the end of every day on progress and what would be happening next. We didn't feel like our house was taken over as Rob and Jake left it super clean and tidy at all times.
We have had some poor past experiences with other companies but can honestly say this experience has been brilliant. All at RPS are an absolute pleasure to deal with and we cannot sing their praises highly enough. We will definitely use them again for our next project - highly recommend!

Recently had a full refit to our family bathroom, total rip out and re install. Rob's workmanship was absolute brilliant.
From our very first meeting at the showroom, talking to Rob's wife Sophie. Sophie basically guided us through the process of designing our bathroom, we gave her roughly what we liked and what we wanted from our bathroom, she then designed it all for us. Nothing was too much trouble for Sophie, I liked that she was very honest with us, she wasn't afraid to tell us what would work best and most importantly what wouldn't.
Rob arrived punctual everyday, he had the upmost respect for our house and us, I don't think anyone has called me Mr. Street so much. Rob kept us appraised at every point, he takes great pride in his work, as if it were his own house. I would definitely recommend RPS bathrooms to anyone, you wont be disappointed

I cannot recommend Rob & his team highly enough. From the initial quote to the final day he has been amazing. Our ensuite was an awkward space and he created a fantastic design that allowed us to maximise the space we have whilst also created a beautiful aesthetic. Communication was fantastic, they were lovely to have in our home all throughout the project and left the space and all work areas clean and tidy at the end of every day. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

Rob and Jake from RPS bathrooms have just completed our second bathroom Re-furb and we are thrilled with the results of both rooms .
We met Rob last year when we were seeking a company to undertake the work , from the moment we met him we were most impressed ; friendly , helpful , professional and knowledgable he filled us with confidence and faith in his abilities from the outset , communication has always been excellent , keeping us informed at every part of the process .
Rob carries out the work himself with a very polite , hard working and conscientious young man called Jake , who’s learning the trade , He’s clearly making great progress as he’s very skilled and competent .
The guys were reliable , respectful and were always on time , working efficiently together and tidying up at the end of each working day .
We cannot recommend RPS Bathrooms enough , they are brilliant at what they do and we will have no hesitation in using them again .

Terrible, I would invite anyone to come and look and the mess this company made. Poor quality fittings I would never recommend ,

disappointed is a word I have used many times in the 24 months since the installation, replacement shower , replacement toilet seat , shower tray leaking due to tiles incorrectly installed tiles to shower tray rectified at my cost… no sign off no completion invoice / certificate to date
