Update - called here this Saturday at 10am (13/01/24) and it is closed, although their opening hours say that they are open until midday.

Review below from last month.

The best day for most working people to collect signed for mail is Saturday morning.... I have visited six times in the past two months. On three occasions it has been closed.... the sign on the door said 'due to technical reasons'
This outfit is not fit for purpose.

Apparently our property is inaccessible and yet they deliver several times per week. We were not at home when in fact we were. A bunch of liars the lot of them. No wonder that Royal Mail is losing money. Hopefully, moonpig will find a better delivery partner.

We would just like to thank the Postman who realised that a Xmas card addressed to my parents house got it to us on the other side of town after they had not lived there for nearly 5 years . This is absolutely amazing service and would like to thank whoever it was.
