I just finished renovation work in my cloakroom bathroom and I order most items from Royal Bathrooms. Absolutely stellar service and love the new space, it looks great. Highly recommend using them: I initially made a few mistakes ordering the supplies (wrong kind of toilet for my space) but they made returning everything so easy and hassle free. Avoid this company at all costs - the site may look very elegant and professional, but I would recommend using any other company other than this one.

We ordered a new shower and glass panels at a reasonable price, and in the description box they said under warranty but after 2 months of a manufacturing problem they refused and there was no convincing reason. Beware of this company

We would like to say,that Royal Bathrooms have been amazing. We had ordered two incorrect size bathroom vanity units for our annex. Royal bathrooms fully understood and sent two more of the correct size and collected the unwanted units. They kept us up to date at every single stage. Once the unwanted units were returned. Our money was refunded.
We could not fault their customer service. We will definitely be using them again for our own bathroom.

This is the second bathroom I have used Royal Bathrooms for and the experience this time around was as good as the first. Excellent service from start to finish. Easy online ordering from the vast selection. I chose a quadrant shower cubicle and a complete toilet system. Great communication and delivery service. I did have a problem with my order but I found the Customer Service support I received was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Very helpful when sorting out the order via email. quick and polite response to all questions. Delivery was free, but for a very modest extra charge the Items delivered the next day and the driver unloaded everything without fuss. The new basin and bath panel were exactly as described and of excellent quality. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased. Good quality shower tray and enclosure. Very tricky to find a quadrant shower for a tiny bathroom, but this one fits perfectly, and is big enough to get fully covered. Excellent packing and extremely fast delivery, less than 24 hours from when I ordered. Will be using this company again when I move home.
