At the recommendation of our wonderful architect last year, we popped by the Rouse Bathroom showroom, which is great, and met the lovely and super helpful Claire! Whilst our initial project was tiny, the service and guidance we received was excellent so when we had a slightly bigger project this year, we didn’t hesitate to return. We needed a bit more help with design on this occasion and Claire’s expert guidance throughout the whole process made it such a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Her wealth of knowledge and approach to our project was so professional throughout and we are thrilled with the end result of our En-suite. A couple of pics attached - although the space not fully kitted out yet. Whilst we had a little set back with the shower door (no fault of Rouse), Claire’s colleague Sam sorted out the issue so promptly and between them both, we got the matter resolved super promptly. We couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Thank you SO much to you both - you deserve all the awards you’ve won! I’m sure there’s plenty more to come🏆🙏🏼😊

Rouse Bathrooms are highly recommended. Sam was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, providing advice and help at every stage, and no question was too small. Ivan and his installation team at DS5 Construction were also very excellent. Would definitely recommend both.

We wanted to refurbish our bathroom and visited Rouse Bathrooms as it is a small business in our local high street. We met Sam who was really helpful from the word go. He visited our house to measure up and get a feel for the space we had, our tastes and preferences. He produced a draft design and costings and on a further visit to the store finalised the plan. He recommended a company to complete the installation and we were able to quickly book a slot in the diary and get going. There were some small issues in the fitting on the installers side but Sam quickly got involved and everything was resolved and put back on track. He visited us to see how things were progressing and once the work was completed made a final visit to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Sam went truly above and beyond standard service and we are really pleased at the new bathroom we have. We would not hesitate to recommend Sam and his colleagues in the future.

I was recommended Rouse by a neighbour and decided to visit the shop - I was looking for a personal, local service so it was perfect. Sam was immediately warm and friendly, he talked me through the process and was able to advise on absolutely everything - his knowledge and attention to detail was amazing. We used their recommended fitter so the whole process was seamless and within only a few months we had our wonderful new bathroom. I could not be happier with the service offered by Claire and her team at Rouse Bathrooms. The designs were lovely but more than that Claire worked with our builders to ensure that they had all the information they needed and to ensure that everything was delivered at a time that suited the works schedule. And Claire was very accommodating and efficient when we changed our minds about the occasional thing. It was not cheap of course, but it was worth every penny and we are really grateful for Claire's help, design skills and professionalism.

We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the sanitary ware, fittings and cabinets supplied by Rouse Bathrooms and the friendly expert advice provided by Sam throughout the renovation process for our two bathrooms. All quotes provided were very clear, and Sam demonstrated flexibility throughout, as we decided to order some items elsewhere for specific design reasons. This was not a problem for Rouse, who were only interested in ensuring the client was happy with the service and products they provided and the end result, which you can judge for yourself.
