We replaced a downstairs cloakroom and two ensuite shower rooms. Our Ripples bathroom designer was Caroline Greig who produced an excellent set of designs that brought our visions for our bathrooms to life! Caroline was able to improve the layout of each of the spaces, listening carefully to our requirements and desires. Her designs, colour and lighting suggestions, were far beyond what we had envisioned. Caroline was incredibly easy to work with, and helped us navigate through the design process. We would highly recommend Caroline.
Our bathrooms were installed by the Ripples installation team, Chroma Renovations (associated company), who were very efficient, professional and always turned up as promised and kept to the schedule of work we'd been given. All lovely guys, their work was neat and tidy, and they were happy to answer our questions throughout the fittings.

The alcoves with lighting, the monsoon with its seat, make it very practical both now and for the future. The various lighting make it functional and romantic when relaxing in the wonderful BIG bath! Bliss. We love it!

Amazing service and great results. We replaced a downstairs cloakroom and an ensuite shower room. Ripples made this so simple. Our designer was Caroline Greig who produced a design that met all of our needs and more. I never thought we could make such an improvement in such small spaces. Her design was very empathetic with our needs and created just the look we were after. Very approachable and a good listener with the tact to move our ideas forward diplomatically. She kept us informed and supplied drawings for all our options that were accurate and informative. Can't rate her highly enough. Her vision and creativity made us choose Ripples and it was the right choice.
The team who turned up to complete the work were very efficient, professional and always turned up as promised and kept to the schedule of work we'd been given. All lovely guys from Harry the apprentice to the highly skilled tradesmen. I was in awe of how neat and tidy they were and determination to stick to schedule despite Euros 24 and a heatwave.
We will definitely use Ripples again.

Ripples had already come highly recommended and now I can see why. We were looking to reconfigure and redesign our ensuite bathroom, with absolutely no idea where to begin. Kerri our specialist designer made the process so easy, reassuring and within budget. I was so delighted when I saw the design Kerri had come up with, I actually cried! Nothing required changing, she had totally got us. Kerri is extremely professional and her knowledge is extensive. You will definitely be in good hands. We now have a fabulous space which has been put together perfectly by Peter Harris and his team from Chroma Plumbing & Heating. Their workmanship is meticulous and everything has been finished off to a high standard. I received a schedule from Chroma weeks beforehand so I knew who was coming on what day and each time a new part of the job started, Peter came to oversee. The job was finished on time. The team were friendly, clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. We are so impressed, we have gone back to Kerri for our family bathroom design and have already engaged Chroma to instal. I have no hesitation in recommending Ripples or Chroma to anyone.
