We recently used Ripples to renovate two of our bathrooms. From the first meeting with Gurnaam, she understood my taste and requirements, and designed two beautiful bathrooms using gorgeous products.
The fitout went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. Andi and Zac were incredibly clean and even finished ahead of schedule. I thoroughly recommend Ripples and their team for a seamless delivery of any bathroom requirement.

Absolutely first rate experience with Ripples in Solihull. I'd been procrastinating about the bathroom for years - too many design decisions to make, too difficult to navigate suppliers, builders, plumbers etc. From the initial enquiry to final 'sign-off' Ripples removed all of the stress - patiently helping me to find my perfect design, find the perfect style and give me the functionality I needed. They also recommended the most wonderful person to install who was a true craftsman. The finished product has far exceeded my (high) expectations, and I am in love with my bathroom. 🙂 Everyone who sees it is blown away!

Ripples in Knowle have been amazing from start to finish with my new bathroom. I have a very difficult 500 year old Tudor farmhouse with no straight walls! The design is beautiful, the fitters and tilers outstanding, with every attention to detail, going above and beyond to make everything perfect. I now have my dream bathroom, worth every penny!

I should start off by saying this is the first time I have ever left a review but I am so happy with the work completed by Ripples I wanted to share my experience. We had our bathroom refurbished by Ripples at the end of last year. From the start of the process to the end I was so impressed by the level of service received. When starting the process of having our bathroom done I wanted to be sure that we were going to get quality products and installed by fitters that were comfortable fitting them. The process from start to finish from Ripples was exceptional, Russel and Victoria in the showroom were so supportive through the entire process, they listened carefully to our needs, put together a design that exactly matched our needs and recommended products that they felt were right for us based on their years of experience and knowledge.

When having work done on your home you expect to face some challenges. We only faced one through the entire fit and that was when the tray arrived it was slightly damaged. What impressed me most was how this was handled. The fitter pointed out the marks on the tray to me (which were hardly noticeable) and the next day Russell (head of sales) delivered a new tray himself. The damage on the tray wasn't the fault of Ripples but took full responsibility for it and addressed the issue immediately. This is the level of service that you can expect to receive from them.

The service from the fitters was also amazing and so was the standard of the work completed. They were so conscientious when working, blankets down everywhere, cleared up at the end of each day, no mess left behind and on a Friday before finishing for the weekend would vacuum up everything so the hall, landing and stairs were spotless. The guys even washed down the car which they had got dust on while cutting tiles outside! The quality of work and skill of the guys is unreal. They take such pride in their work and set such high standards for themselves.

If you are looking to have your bathroom done then I would 100% recommend going to Ripples. I really can't speak highly enough of the quality from them in all areas. Plan this year is to get our en-suite done and we'll certainly be going back to see Victoria & Russell.

We approached Ripples to assist us with the renovation of an en-suite bathroom, a family bathroom and a cloakroom. We worked closely with Richard Fox to design each room. Richard spent time with us to understand what we were looking for in terms of all aspects of the renovations such as the functionality, layout, design, materials, and features. Richard was fantastic at guiding us through this process, explaining the pros and cons of different ideas, to identify the key elements of the design that would meet our needs. Based on our conversation, he curated some design ideas (incorporating options for all aspects of the room) and we had a subsequent meeting to review the concepts, choose the elements we liked most and determine the right design for us. We really appreciated his expertise in steering us through this process, particularly in regard to the changes we made to the layout of each room and the detailed aspects of the design which can ultimately have a significant impact on user experience.

Ripples have a number of bathroom installation teams that they work with. We worked with Mark Hollis-Smith from InterClass. Mark was fantastic, bringing the design to life with skill, precision and an eye for every detail. We were involved throughout the process of renovating the bathroom in terms of checking and determining fine details as the work progressed. During the process of ripping out the bathrooms, inevitably we uncovered issues that needed to be addressed – Mark was excellent in dealing with this and adapting the project to resolve this. We had a similarly positive experience with the tiling – Jerry at NJ Tiling and the team were first rate and we cannot recommend their work highly enough.

Throughout the projects, Richard regularly checked in with us to ensure we were happy with how things were progressing. He also ensured all fittings were carefully checked upon delivery to ensure that any faults were identified immediately. One of the sinks that was custom made for our bathroom had a defect and Richard immediately identified this and insisted upon a replacement from the manufacturer. He ensures the highest standards in all aspects of the project and has a real eye for detail.

We are absolutely thrilled with each of our bathrooms. The quality and finish of each room is outstanding. We highly recommend Ripples and cannot speak highly enough of the team and the experience we had with them.
