I had a best experience at Ripples Nottingham.They are so friendly and approachable. Mark the store manager , made my bathroom design so easy and affordable.
While We were enjoying our coffee, He came up with the best design and price.
They had a great installler who came to explain all steps of installation.

Really enjoyed my visit to Ripples in Nottingham. A genuine pleasure to stop and chat at length with Mark who is really friendly and clearly passionate about what he does which is reflected in his in depth knowledge about all the products available in the showroom and beyond. It's always good to talk to someone who is interested in what they do and not in a rush. There are some absolutely gorgeous taps and tiles that I definitely hankered after. I didn't realise the showroom was there until I searched for local stockists of the tiles I particularly wanted for my bathroom. Wish I'd found it sooner. Mark was able to order the specific tiles straight away and I collected them inside a week; can't wait to see them up on the walls. I was so impressed with Mark and the showroom that I brought my parents back with me to have a look around knowing they need a bathroom refresh in the near future. They were similarly impressed and very keen to come back when they're ready to start. Look forward to coming back with my parents for their bathroom and will be sure to share pictures of my shower when the tiles are up on the wall. Excellent service thank you. Alex

This an amazing place to visit if you are thinking about renovating your bathroom. Mark has been a pleasure to work with and especially helping us to keep within our budget. We have ordered some beautiful taps and showers by Coalbrook and they are stunning. We love that you can see the items in person and get so much inspiration from the showroom itself. The tile range is absolutely beautiful. Thank you Mark for working with us on our projects. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a full bathroom renovation or if you’re just looking for tiles, taps etc..

In addition to having a very large showroom to display large collection of bath fixtures and tiles, the team on site has extensive knowledge of all the products and is extremely helpful.
My personal experience with Mark was exceptional: he advised me all the way, worked with my budget, sourced all my needs and were even able to recommend better suited options at better prices. Highly recommend working with them on any bathroom project. AMAZING!

We've had a great experience dealing with the Nottingham Ripples branch. Mark is great, he's very knowledgeable and friendly, he has shown us all the possibilities for our cloakroom and given us a lot of information about various products available. Did a home visit with an experienced plumber and explained the process and answered any questions. He's got an eye for detail and, in our opinion, impeccable taste. Go see him if you want the best of everything.
