We have used Ripples several times over the years and can’t recommend Michel and the team highly enough. The first time we met Michel, around 20 years ago, we felt he was one of the most professional, knowledgeable people we’d met, and all these years later that is still true. He is also really helpful, prompt with responses, and goes out of his way to provide solutions. In addition, the quality of the items we’ve bought has always been excellent. We took the usual advice and obtained 3 quotes from different suppliers – Chris from Ripples outshone the others with his creative, modern and elegant design for our bathroom and cloakroom. We gave the same design cues to each supplier but Chris’s plan was the only one that got us genuinely excited. The whole process from initial brief through to after-sales service was exceptional. Ripples’ recommended fitter, Jason, is a master craftsman and also a lovely person to have a chat and a cup of tea with – he interpreted Chris’s design and brought the whole thing to life for us. When we had a minor issue with one of the fittings later on, Ripples managed the process of getting it resolved with the manufacturer. The price of the project when compared with the other quotes was very competitive but we felt we got so much more with Ripples. Thanks again!

Very happy with the whole design process. Chris, the designer, was very knowledgeable, understood what I needed and created a lovely, luxurious bathroom for me within my budget. Jason, the bathroom fitter, recommended to me was excellent and I would not hesitate to use him again. He was meticulous, helpful, respectful of my home and ensured the work was carried out to a very high standard. He provided solutions to problems, dealt with issues with supplies for me and updated me on progress. He was a joy to work with.

I had three bathrooms and a cloakroom designed and fitted by Ripples Bristol. From design to installation everyone involved did a first class job and their after sales service has been outstanding. If I needed a question answered or help generally, the Ripples team headed by Michel and Kim were only too pleased to oblige. Michel and Kim’s knowledge if their business is encyclopaedic.
