I never post but the public need to know what this company put their customers through! After coming across this shop last summer during my travels I fell in love with the products on display, after a few months of convincing my partner to spend the extra money to have something really special Within our home an order was placed in the October a long wait time if 12 weeks was accepted. planning and trades booked in and so on .. we are 6 months on and still living in construction this company has had me in tears on many days it’s cost us a fortune in standing down trades men .. This company Ignore’s you, makes you convincing promises to deliver goods and does not care the inconvenience it has caused so many tradesmen not to mention the family upset of being left in a construction site for so long. I would stay clear of this company if you intend on having your project done within a year … this expensive price does not guarantee the quality service like I thought it was going to. Never would I recommend this company feeling it’s a scam

Suzanne and Kim, offer friendly advice and try to match their products with your expectations. In my case they did and the result is what you see.
Why go anywhere else when you already have quality and service locally.

Ripples of Bath supplied and arranged the installation of a new Bathroom in our terrace house over two years ago. We were very pleased with the result, the standard of installation by their recommended fitter being up to our extremely high standards, and the available choice of quality fittings also being excellent. The quotation and ordering stages of the project were both carried out efficiently and without any problems.
Last autumn the adjustable shower head of the thermostatic shower fitting failed and a replacement was obtained and posted to us within a few days under warrantee, with no charge to ourselves.
My wife and I cannot speak too highly of the service we received and are
very happy to recommend Ripples of Bath.

One of the worst experiences with any business I have ever had! Interested until they have your money. We were promised a design which we never got - we got a less than adequate pencil drawing which turn out to be measured incorrectly so we had to change the shower at the last minute because it didn't fit in the space we had. As soon as things started going wrong with the installation they lost all interest and just said 'not our problem, we just supply the products' which was definitely not how they sold themselves earlier on in the process. I could go on but my advice would be avoid at all costs - and don't be sucked in by the coffee and smiles in the showroom, they just want your money.

We were wooed into buying a very expensive solution; tea biscuits, lovely sales patter, we really thought it would be worth the money.
However, the toilet pan is faulty and doesn't flush away properly and we have waited months for it to be sorted out. The sink unit we bought is poor quality and marks really easily.
The after sales service is very poor, they do not get back to you when they say they will and you cannot rely on leaving a message and expecting it to get to the right person, communication is poor.
I would not recommend this store to anyone, nor the new one in Bristol as they are run by the same couple and staff have moved across.
Sorry, hate to give a bad review but consumers need the voice.
