From first contact Justin, Vicki Matt and Nathan were responsive, helpful and always gave us the time, ideas and costings to take our ideas from thought into reality.
We had a total refit of our bathroom, large ensuite, utility and an update and makeover for our kitchen.
Once past the planning stage the plans were passed to Shaun and his fitting team who set about their work. They were unflappable, hard working and willing to be flexible and proactive in delivering the Riley James plans. Nothing was too much trouble.
This team were a pleasure to work with, and we are now planning the next phase of the update and improvement of our lovely 200 year old cottage in Eastcombe with them

I have just used Riley James for an en-suite installation and am delighted with my new bathroom. Excellent service from planning, supply of goods through to installation. Any questions I had were responded to quickly by Kayla. Kayla also visited after completion to ensure that I was happy with the work. The fitters Joe and Adam did a great job with the installation and tiling, arriving early and working late to finish the job. Nothing was too much trouble. They are very professional and were a pleasure to have in my house.
Riley James are a fantastic independent local family business. I would definitely use this company again and have already recommended them to friends.

After 17 years we decided that it was time to refit all of our four bathrooms. Justin @ Riley James was excellent throughout the process. He helped us design the bathrooms to make the best use of the space available, and was patient whilst we made frequent changes to our thinking on what would make the ideal finish. Once everything was finalised, he coordinated with the installer (SW Concepts) to agree dates for fitting. The whole process was incredibly smooth, and allowed us to make minor changes as the fitting progressed.
100% recommended, and we would definitely use them again when we need bathroom and/or kitchen work.

Absolutely delighted with our new wardrobe. Justin, Nathan, Riley and Vicky have been a very helpful and professional team to work with. Justin organised an electrician to arrive at the same time to move power sockets which were exposed when the old wardrobe and desk were dismantled. Highly recommended!

Our kitchen worktops were 24 years old and showing great signs of wear and so we approached Riley James about replacing them. We were delighted when they said that would be no problem and assisted us in selecting a suitable replacement. The completed job was superb and their fitter Shaun was efficient and carried out a really first class job. We then decided to replace the flooring as well and this has just been carried out to the same high standard. We are so pleased to have discovered such a professional company as Riley James - and local too!
