From start to finish our customer experience with Ridgeway Interiors has been fantastic. The whole process of working with the Ridgeway team has been an absolute pleasure. From the vital design stage by Giorgio to the installation, by Steve, the 2 Martins and Dan, we have been impressed with the professionalism of the skilled tradesmen and the management of our project by Brendon. This really was team work at its best.
In addition, we have found it of great benefit to actually see a working downdraft extractor hob in their well-equipped showroom at Rycote, which made choosing this and all the products a whole easier.

We have been so pleased with our new kitchen we have told our friends, some have since used Ridgeway Interiors for their kitchens. One set of friends went into the showroom to buy a new hob and were so impressed they ended up getting a new kitchen, which they are delighted with!

We are so glad that we chose Ridgeway Interiors for our kitchen, it has totally changed our lives, for the better. Cooking is now a joy, we have been entertaining more and we feel there are a lot more parties to come!

We recently had our kitchen replaced, involving combining the old kitchen and dining room by removing the dividing wall. I was nervous about doing any building work as I have had some bad experiences in the past and was especially fearful concerning structural changes. On meeting Brendon for the preliminary survey I had no doubts that we were in the right hands, pointing out what could or couldn't be done with interiors doors. Giorgio was patient with our several changes of mind during the design process, and we appreciated his design considerations.

The advantage of using Ridgeway is that all the work is coordinated with good contractors that fit in with the customer; we knew up front when particular pieces of work were planned for and they were flexible to our needs. They always took care to not cause any damage, there was always carpet protection and they hoovered and cleaned up at the end of a days work.

The builders Dan and Martin were brilliant and the kitchen fitter Alan was meticulous with his work. We would not hesitate to use Ridgeway again,

We have just hosted Christmas in our new kitchen diner and everything worked perfectly.

When we knew we wanted a new kitchen, but only had a couple of ideas, we approached Ridgeway Interiors to help create our vision. Throughout the process, Ridgeway have acted in a professional manner and Giorgio came up with an amazing design - the final product really looks like the design itself! If you are looking for a high quality kitchen, expertly installed, then I would highly recommend Ridgeway.
We have recently just had our new kitchen designed & Installed by Ridgeway and could not have been happier with the service and communication that we received.
From the initial meeting with Jon, they worked tirelessly to meet our demands and deliver a kitchen to our budget. They were clear and honest about costs, and where certain requests we had would impact our budget.
Before the installation began, we received a clear schedule of works from Brendon, and regular catch ups throughout the project ensured that we were all aware of client and contractor expectations.
The whole installation team were very friendly, extremely professional and the quality of work could not be faulted. We’d also like to give a special shout out to Dan, who could not have been more helpful and whose attention to detail was really appreciated (Just make sure you have a ready supply of bourbons).
In summary, if you are looking for a really great kitchen, give Ridgeway a call, I’m sure they won’t disappoint, we certainly weren’t.

We came to Ridgeway when we were part way through the design process with another company but were struggling to get the kitchen we wanted at a price we were comfortable with.
Jon at Ridgeway was great at listening to what we wanted, making suggestions, and staying patient as we iterated the design.
We ended up with a kitchen we're really happy with, installed within the budget we had available. We were so happy we're going to use them again on another house!

Having a new kitchen is a huge invested and something you want to get absolutely right. I can honestly say that we are delighted with our Ridgeway kitchen, having been messed around by another company. We were so pleased to meet Jim Harratt he was amazing, he really took on board what we wanted and how the kitchen needed to work for our family and home environment. He came up with a design we loved and he managed to work this within our budget. Nothing was too much for Jim, changes were made, I regularly contacted him and he always got back to me promptly with excellent customer service. There was never any pressure to proceed. Jim followed the kitchen project all the way through the process. He was very knowledgeable, with high expectations for our kitchen and was able to offer sound advice which has resulted in a fantastic kitchen.

We also used Ridgeway to install our kitchen, Jack fitted the kitchen all by himself. He worked incredibly hard and did a fantastic job, his attention to detail really impressed me. Jack was a pleasure to have in my house.
