Dream Kitchen!!! - After going round the local kitchen showrooms and suppliers, we found Richmond by far the easiest to deal with and the only ones who afford a full start to finish service. Steve was great with the planning and going through different options and supplying details of appliances. Once we'd agreed on the design a start date was booked in. We were given a detailed schedule which was mostly stuck to, just a hiccup with a supplier not delivery quite on time, but from start to finish it only took 3 weeks, which included a new ceiling, replastering walls, new electrics and full installation - thanks Stuart and team.
We'd highley recommend Richmond and will definitely tell our family and friends if they are looking for a new kitchen.

We had a great experience with Richmond. From the start of the process, we were guided and supported. From the original visit to the showroom, where Stephen welcomed us and explained options, through the building to the fitting (Adam was an excellent fitter), we felt well-informed and listened to. We were never pressured in a particular direction or hurried with a decision. The work involved designers, structural engineers, builders, plasterers, electricians, fitters, flooring, and more. Everyone was organised, followed each other like clockwork and knew what they were supposed to be doing. At no point did we have to chase anything, or was there any wasted time. When we did have questions, the support, design, visualisation and communication from Paul and Stephen in the showroom was spot on. It was also great to have Alex (owner) visible, available and checking in with us.

It was a great experience, and most importantly, we now have a kitchen diner that works well for us. We feel that we could always return to Richmond should we need to.

We would highly recommend Richmond Interiors. We are really pleased with our new kitchen and the service we received from start to finish was excellent. We were pleased with the designing and choice of units etc avaliable.The showroom is well presented. Any queries or concerns we had during the planning and installation were dealt with quickly. Installation was well coordinated throughout.

Thanks to Richmond Interiors we now have our dream kitchen in our 1929-built house in Baildon. We are so grateful to Stephen for helping us to design our space and for encouraging us to see the bigger picture. This led us to remove a chimney breast and rethink an outdated archway, which previously separated a small kitchen from the dining area, resulting in a large bright space where we are able to cook together, and also entertain our family members. Special thanks also to Stuart who was our kitchen fitter and Alex the project manager, who between them ensured that the complicated plan progressed smoothly and efficiently. We would recommend Richmond to anyone looking for attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service.

Richmond kitchens put our kitchen in a year ago and it hasn't disappointed. The workmen who they had install our kitchen were first rate. They took care of every detail and if we had any queries they were dealt with straight away. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and my kitchen is a source of daily delight, especially to cook in. Steve and all the team are great and Steve definitely delivered what he promised from his original design. I will end by saying thank you all so very much.

Having wanted a new kitchen for years was recommended Richmond Interiors by my dad after they had done his kitchen a while back. So we went to their showroom and spoke to Steve the designer told him what we wanted and made the appointment for him to come and measure up. Now we all know what we want but sometimes what we want isn’t practical and that’s a fact no matter how much you want something if it doesn’t work it doesn’t work I.e a kitchen island. Although Steve pointed out he could give us a kitchen island he pointed out the flaws in doing so. So we left it in his hands to give us a design of a kitchen he think we would like and oh did he do that the images of his design was fab and we decided to go for it. The day came and the team lead by Stuart (an artist in his own rights) ripped out the old kitchen and each day different trades would come in the plumber the electrician the plasterer the floor guy it was a well oiled machine and worked fantastic. Slowly we saw our kitchen build up by the capable hands of Stuart. The kitchen getting to the next stage where the well oiled machine stepped up and got the lights and appliances installed the radiator fitted sink and dishwasher plumbed in everything going to plan. Yes we had snags on the way and we would talk to Stuart who would either resolve the snags or bring it to the attention of the guys back in the office/showroom. The thing about Richmond Interiors is they are there to make the customer happy and not to line their pockets (yes I know they are there to make a profit every company is) but what I’m trying to say is they listen to your dilemma they listen to you if your not happy with something and they act upon it and not fob you off. Finally our kitchen was completed and now we are truly enjoying our new fitted kitchen. Just want to say a massive thank you to Richmond Interiors for creating our amazing kitchen from Steve the designer to Stuart the hard working installer to the teams they have in place to create this well oiled machine of electricians, plumbers, plasterers and floor fitters. Yes they are other shops on the high street but do they listen do they fix any snags that arise or have a well oiled machine of organised crafts people in place to carry out the job. From what I’ve heard from friends who have gone elsewhere I can honestly say no. So as I sum up all I can say is give them a look have a chat. Highly recommend.

From the Friday where we wandered in off the street to ask about kitchens and Georgia stayed half an hour past closing time to talk to us, through the design consultation phase, to managing the various teams doing building work, plastering, electrics, tiling, plumbing and fitting, nothing was too much trouble and the end results are beyond what I thought could be done. Every day I'm delighted by what they achieved and it's simply a joy to sit in the kitchen and look at it.
