Ribble Valley Bathrooms did a fantastic job from start to finish on my project. Staying within budget, Abbie & her team designed and supplied a beautiful family bathroom, en-suite and WC which met my exact requirements.

Abbie was super responsive from start to finish, her professionalism was top class as she kept me up to date with delivery timescales. Her design skills are simply outstanding, and the showroom displays many of the stunning products they offer, allowing customers to look, touch and feel products in a lovely setting.

The finished job now looks amazing, and I’m so pleased with it all. This is a great business, and I wish them all the success for the future. I highly recommend Ribble Valley Bathrooms.

I first contacted Abbie at Ribble Valley Bathrooms having tried and failed to visualise the bathrooms and cloakroom in our barn conversation. It was one of the best decisions we made throughout the whole project. Abbie was absolutely brilliant from my first phone call and designed and supplied us four incredible, functional and beautiful rooms, all with their own personality. Abbie's contact throughout the project couldn't have been better, despite my many many questions and emails. Abbie and Sophie are running a wonderful company and I cannot recommend RVB highly enough.

We found out about RVB through social media channels. After initial email contact Sophie made the hour-long drive to our home to not only understand what we wanted from a bathroom (we were very vague!) but more importantly get to know us as a family. Even though we wanted it to look nice - with 3 children it had to be functional and hardwearing. In the past we have always purchased our bath suite and then looked for a plumber, tiler etc – having someone who really understands their domain meant we did not have to worry about compatibility, scheduling or any great detail – that was all taken care of by Sophie.

When it was safe to do so (re: pandemic) we were invited to the RVB showroom – what an amazing space. We had actually changed our mind on what we agreed on before we got there and dropped the news on Sophie – the ever consummate professional Sophie walked us around the showroom taking in feedback from all of us: a few days later we had our bathroom designed. Sophie provided us with 3 budget options that all met the brief but at difference price points. We ultimately decided to go with design, supply & install through RVB. Absolutely the right decision. The plumbers, joiners, electricians were all absolutely amazing – really courteous, clean and professional (thank you Schofield’s)

Sophie was in contact all the way through our build – if we needed to speak with her, she always made herself available. What we have is the most stunning family bathroom. RVB is still a young company but going from strength to strength. I wish the girls all the best. They are hardworking, creative, transparent & honest, and I have absolutely no doubt we will be in touch with them soon for another bathroom.

What a super talented young lady Jess is!!! She had the task of designing 4 bathrooms for us (1 main and 3 en-suites) After her visit to our home, we were invited to the beautiful showroom to see the designs she had created for us and we were wowed straight away, she had created our perfect bathrooms.
The whole process was made seamless, from the initial consultation right through to the installation. The installation team were all equally fantastic, they were respectful in our home as well as friendly and super professional with great attention to detail.
I would 100% recommend Ribble Valley Bathrooms and will be using their services again next year for our downstairs cloakroom.

We instructed Sophie at RVB to design and supply products for all the bathrooms in the house we were building. From our initial contact to post completion, we couldn’t have been more impressed or happy with the service provided. Sophie always listened to our ideas, but most importantly gave us her honest professional opinion on whether our ideas would work or needed tweaking. When things went wrong (as they are bound to with such a large project), Sophie was always available to troubleshoot and nothing was too much of a problem. We now have 5 beautiful bathrooms and a fabulous downstairs wc that have been admired by so many people. We're absolutely delighted with our new en-suite designed and installed by RVB. The whole process was seamless from the initial design consultation to the installation. Sophie's design completely fulfilled our brief and has certainly given our once dreary, beige bathroom a 'wow factor'. The installation team completed the project to a very high standard. My absolute dream bathroom was created by Jess at Ribble Valley Bathrooms. I had been told by other companies that it was impossible to have the washbasin moved. The showroom at Ribble Valley Bathrooms is absolutely beautiful and full of inspiration. It was so fantastic I thought it must be way out of my budget, but after speaking with Jess and revealing my budget she said it was possible to work within that and create my dream.
Jess spent time looking at the old bathroom on site and speaking with me about what my vision was.
Wow ....when I saw the design it blew me away ....like she had reached into my soul to produce the perfect bathroom for me. I wanted a warm serene Japanese style shower room. Sean the plumber has done a fantastic job with the fitting

The finished room has completely exceeded my expectations, it is absolutely beautiful.
