Great selection of bathrooms and accessories at a great price. They were very knowledgeable and very friendly well worth a visit before you buy anywhere else. We purchased a bathroom the quality is second to none the design that Dean come up with was brilliant. The best thing was the price. 10/10. Deal with these guys at least once a week and they offer fantastic customer service which is most important to me and my customers. Had a issue but not through fault of Regent Bathrooms, it was a manufacturer problem which Mark resolved within hours by going above and beyond. Fantastic guys with lots of options for your money. Most problems occur dude to not following manufacturer instructions. Bath panel blowing because they haven’t been installed to the manufacturer directions.
Probably one of the best companies I do business with. Keep up your good service and always remember, you can’t please everyone.

Tried really hard to spend our money here. They wasted our time as we went to the shop at least 2 times to discuss requirements, we even got round to picking out tiles etc which involved another visit to a tile shop so yet more of our time. When we got to the point of requesting a detailed measure up at home and asked to see the CAD design for our final choices, they ignored all our voicemails and emails. We went back to the shop again and they gave us various excuses for the no contact then proceeded to ignore us again. I've no idea what we did wrong, no explanation from them whatsoever. Just ignored like we didn't exist. One of the most bizarre retail experiences ever. Wasted hours of our time. I wouldn't recommend.
