From the moment I walked into the showroom at Regal Kitchen and met Stacey until my post instalment inspection with John and Phil, I had a customer service experience second to none.
The planning was efficient and they really listened to what I wanted and any concerns and went over everything with a fine tooth comb. This wasn’t a straight forward replace kitchen, I had walls knocked out, ceilings taken down, to open into a dining and seating area. The work was completed efficiently and tidily to such a high standard by Andy & Rick, taking into account we were trying to live without a kitchen and it was our home. It was all finished in the set timeframe as promised and with courtesy and professionalism by all involved.
The quality of all their products is superlative, and they have an abundance of choice in all price ranges,
Janice in the office was always on hand to answer any questions, who is just lovely and friendly and efficient.
And to cap all this off, is a service that is to be experienced to be believed, Emma came to the house to cook a 3 course meal to show-me all my appliance functions, so that I could be proficient in working everything in the kitchen of my dreams.
All I can say is Wow, they are so good at what they do why would you want to go anywhere else

We recently had a new kitchen fitted by Regal.
In a world of companies letting you down, not ringing back, being difficult, Regal is a shining light. They say 'Customer is King' and lived up to that from start to finish.
Everything was perfect, from the initial visit to the final checks. Regal's staff all went that extra mile. They really cared about our job and made sure we were happy at all times. From John the boss to Dan, our brilliant fitter, Regal truly delivered.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely amazing service. Stacey helped to draw up our bespoke dresser and we absolutely love it. She has gone over and above to make sure we are happy with the product and the other items we purchased. The quality of the units are fantastic and Roger fitted everything quickly and cleanly. I’m very happy with my new kitchen, designed and installed by Regal Kitchens. Their craftsmanship and customer service were excellent throughout the whole process: before, during and after installation.

Stacey Docherty, my designer, was knowledgeable and helpful from the moment I walked through the showroom door. There was a genuine emphasis on my preference with lots of attention to detail. Stacey answered all of my questions, explained the various options available to me in a way that I could understand, and designed a kitchen that I’m very pleased with (and which I would never have thought of by myself).

Dan, the fitter, did a very professional job and kept the disruption to a minimum. He was very respectful of my house and he clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. I had no reservations about having him in my home for two weeks.

And nothing was too much trouble: Phil from Regal got up at 3am and drove to the other end of the country and back, just to make sure I got my new worktop on time.

I discovered Regal Kitchens because my neighbours recommended them after Regal installed their new kitchen. They were absolutely right - highly recommended!

My recent experience at Regal Kitchens was nothing short of fantastic right from the moment we walked in and was greeted warmly by both John & Stacey staff who guided us through their extensive range of products with genuine enthusiasm and knowledge.

The layout of the new store was inviting and easy to navigate, making it a breeze to find exactly what style of kitchen we were looking for.

Not only did John cater to all our design requests, he also went above and beyond in suggesting additional ways to alter our kitchen we we absolutely loved.

To top it all off, the installation process was clear and ran seamlessly. Our installer 'Roger' had our best interests in his heart from start to finish and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. The quality of his craftmanship was exceptional and didn't leave us disappointed.

Overall, I highly recommend Regal Kitchens to anyone in search of quality kitchen products and exceptional customer service. I'll definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.

We were recommended Regal Kitchens by a friend after seeing the videos during installation of there own kitchen we paid Regal a visit and were amazed by the showroom.
We were met Stacey who was amazing and visited our house for a quote. The whole experience was so easy and no stress, we chose the units etc, changed colours, worktops several times, added appliances but this did not phase them.
The installation ran like clockwork, Roger was very organised, tidy, and had everything delivered when needed, and flooring scheduled throughout the downstairs of house, plastering, plumbing by William, would highly recommend this team.

Extremely pleased with the services from Stacey and the Regal fitters, would highly recommend Regal Kitchens.

From the moment we walked into the showroom and met Stacey right through to completion, we found the experience well managed throughout. everyone involved was helpful and worked hard to give us the kitchen we wanted, Steve the plasterer and Jack the tiler completed their work efficiently and cleaned up after they had finished. Peter and Andy were our kitchen fitters and worked to a high standard and nothing was too much trouble and went beyond what was expected, thank you, it was all completed by a visit from Emma was demonstrated our Neff appliances in a user friendly way. five stars for everyone. we would have no hesitation in recommending Regal Kitchens.
