Really helpful throughout. Accidentally broke the induction hob a couple of years after fitting and they were really helpful liaising and re fitting. Needed some support afterwards and they continue to impress. The quality of their kitchens is great. Their fitters are really good people who do a quick and efficient job. No hesitations in recommending them at all.

We’re so over the moon with our new kitchen! Reflections studio's team was simply amazing. This was a complex job with lots of plumbing and electrics and everything was done seamlessly. The finishing was especially important and the counter joins, grouting, access holes and silicone were all executed to perfection. The team was particularly helpful and very attentive to our needs and made the whole renovation a quick and painless experience. I cannot recommend enough. So pleased! Thank you Gurdeep and team.

An incredibly frustrating experience, avoid this company, which fails to deliver on its promises and lacks accountability for its mistakes.

Our experience at Reflections Studio was utterly disappointing. Despite full upfront payment of nearly 20K, our orders were consistently delayed, resulting in additional costs as we had to compensate the fitters for their wasted time. Shockingly, midway through the work, the fitter discovered numerous missing parts, all due to Reflections' oversight in placing orders. Instead of taking responsibility and promptly rectifying the situation, they shifted the blame onto us.

Adding insult to injury, none of their products come with any form of warranty or guarantees, as they merely act as intermediaries sourcing products from various companies. The receipts they provide are basic, lacking any accountability or warranty.

The ordeal didn't end there; we were forced to send countless emails and make numerous calls just to get our products delivered.

Save yourself the trouble and opt for simpler alternatives like Plumbing World or online retailers. Despite the premium price tag, Reflections Studio fails to deliver any semblance of customer support or service.

In essence, paying for their services translates to enduring the most stressful experience imaginable, marked by indefinite delays and a lack of product warranties.

Happy to share my email conversations with reflections- so other potential customers don't have to go through this ordeal.

Response to Reflections-
You are blatantly lying, the installer did not make any mistakes. I am not making false allegations, I will create a link and upload all our email correspondence. People can then see the ridiculous customer service and the delays of over 3 months we were forced to endure.
You also tried to force a ridiculous idea on us to get our installer to take down a newly made wall, just to fit a product which you did not deliver after 2 months. That was the only product you took back.

You should be ashamed of yourself, that after agreeing to deliver products in September, there was more than 3 months of delay for some of the products and I had to call and send emails every week to chase.

And you have come up with this ridiculous response full of lies. Why don't you share the evidence. You need to REFLECT on your practice, don't just call your company REFLECTIONS.

My personal experience with reflections has been a positive one we had our full kitchen designed and installed by them and it lasted the test of time, moving forward several years latter we wanted to update our e bathrooms, we loved there design and approach and moved forward, initially everything went well but due to product not been ordered correctly delays happened which with bathrooms is a headache. Hopefully these issues will get resolved, overall amazing company. I would definitely recommend. Harvey

Reflections have been great - we purchased a new Leicht kitchen from them and the design they came up with was great and delivery / installation was spot on too - would highly recommend!
