Quality Bathrooms did such a fantastic job on our en suite that we asked them to revamp our bathroom and cloakroom as well! Jamie produced some more great designs and Jay did a great job of carrying them out. We were very pleased with the results for both rooms as you can see from the photos.

Our en-suite turned out better than we could ever hope for! The service/journey from start-to-completion was a breeze. Jamie's product knowledge, advice and design was spot-on.

Our fitter; Jake - was excellent, and completed the work on schedule and to exacting standards.

Were they the cheapest? - No. But nor did I want that either. (They, weren't the most expensive either mind)

Were they the best VALUE? Absolutely without question.

When you are spending a lot of money on a bathroom and/ or kitchen refurbishment you want to be relatively sure that you are going to get the best you can afford.
Well here is our experience.
We commissioned Quality Bathrooms to completely strip out, modernise and refit our bathroom.
This was necessary as I am now disabled and required a much more streamlined less dangerous and easier to use area.
We also commissioned Quality Bathrooms to strip out, modernise and refit our kitchen because it simply needed it, as the last refit was over 20 years ago.
From design to completion we trusted them to come up with the goods in both rooms, and have they done it?
In a word YES, a qualified YES.
The Owner/ Designer of Quality Bathrooms is fastidious, and the tradesman who they nominated to do the job is the best that I have ever come across in my 45 years of being in business myself.
Talk about pride in their workmanship, this young man Jay is the epitome of what that means.
So in short we can only give Quality Bathrooms the highest recommendation to anyone who, like us required top quality refurbishments performing to their bathroom or kitchen (or both) at realistic prices to the highest standard of workmanship.

Quality Bathrooms completely refitted our bathroom, it was an 80s throwback and now feels and looks like a top class hotel spa.... from the first meeting with Jamie to discuss the design , to the completion of our bathroom , everything was dealt with professionally and all detail explained . Jake was a very precise and tidy worker and left as little mess as possible at the end of each day, he went above and beyond for us . Just used this company to completely redesign and fit a new bathroom. The result was outstanding and was just what we wanted. The fitting and the tiling were exceptional. To strip out the old bathroom and replace it only took a week.thanks to Jamie for the design and to big Danny for the fitting of the new bathroom, and to little Danny for his expert tiling. Would highly recommend thi s company if you need a professional design and fitting service.

Correspondence exchanged with QB over a number of months trying to recoup £330 it cost rectifying poor quality electrical work and incorrect circuit design during electric shower upgrade as part of my bathroom installation. Fault had come to light over a 3 year period of pull switches failing due to overheating.
QB at no point accepted any liability telling me the fitter employed a certified electrician . No proof was ever forthcoming to back up that claim with QB insisting wiring circuit was as per manufacturers instructions. I did inform QB nobody else entered my property during installation other than the fitters as I was there everyday .No response received to this.
Citizens Advice informed me litigation would be difficult having gone against protocol by rectifying the problem myself prior to contacting QB but a section 75 claim through my credit card company may be my best course of action .
This I did and after sending them all the correspondence I sent and received from QB they agreed that the electrical work was substandard and reimbursed me the £330
To all potential QB customers ensure all trades persons are qualified to do their task insist on documented proof
Pay by credit card because if you can prove poor quality work you will get your money back
A footnote to all this was I had to remove 3 tiles to facilitate the new wiring circuit and accidentally chipped my bath. This I mentioned to QB who advised a new bath was needed which they could supply at " cost " price (over £300 ) .I subsequently phoned the UK manufacturers of my bath who recommended "Cramer Bath Repair Kit "at £25. No prizes for which option I took
