AVOID! Sent me a second hand product, still awaiting new replacement or refund and they have cost me plumbers time. Contactable but poor after sales service. Unless they resolve will be small claims court and reporting to ASA. Painful for something that should be simple!!

I ordered a set of black Bristan kitchen taps which arrived with a small chip in the paintwork and the manufacturing logo worn off slightly, from the packing (inner and outer) it was clear to see the taps were new.
I contacted customer support via email and my query was answered by Sheefa, what an absolute star. She quickly set about resolving the issue giving me a number of options, one being to keep the tap and have the postage refunded which, I accepted. She went on to offer me a part to replace the damage and even send out and engineer to replace them, the parts I accepted however, I decline the engineer. Service from QS, and in particular Sheefa, has been second to non with great prompt communication. I will definitely consider QS when making a purchase in the future.

We had purchased an Evri 60 mirror cabinet at a very competitive price. When it arrived we checked it for breakages, as instructed, and signed for the goods. A couple of weeks later, when we were installing the cabinet, we noted the mirror doors were not properly silvered and showed signs of water damage. This had not been obvious on receipt as the doors were covered by packaging. I contacted customer support and sent photos of the damage. They agreed immediately to replace the doors. These arrived five days later, as we were told, and we were easily able to install the replacement doors. They asked us to dispose of the original doors and not return them for inspection. The reason I cannot give a five star review was that the original goods should not have passed quality control in the first place.

I've made a couple of orders from QS Supplies for our renovation. The first arrived with no problems, and the second arrived with small manufacturer quality control issues. I emailed customer services with photos and they were quick to respond and very helpful in arranging a replacement for me. Thank you to Muzammil for the great service. Delivery is quick and pricing great compared to competitors. I would absolutely order from again.

AVOID QS SUPPLIES!

I have never left a bad review before but this is warranted.

My bathroom fitter was taken seriously ill with a heart attack and subsequently had two stents and a defibrillator put in as part of a huge heart operation. Consequently, he had to take significant time off to recover and our renovation had to be paused.

The work resumed this week (WC: 3/2/25) and we discovered an incompatibility issue with the tap and our basin. Had the poor chap not fallen ill, I would have returned it for a refund within the 14 days. However, QS Supplies feel that this situation does not warrant extenuating circumstances and are refusing to accept a return and provide a refund.

I am appalled at the lack of compassion and robot, rigid adherence to their returns policy, which is only a policy. It is not enshrined in law and not all return reasons are equal.

As a result, I will never shop with QS Supplies again.

I suggest you employ humans with emotional intelligence.

Avoid. Waited weeks for the items I ordered - either delayed despite showing as in stock when ordered or wrong item sent. Poor customer service, all they say is it their supplier’s fault not theirs.
Seems they just take the money and do nothing themselves! Better merchants out there - everything ordered (from same manufacturer, Burlington) for another project from Victorian Plumbing was delivered on time and no issues.
