Had a problem with my flush and sink plug. Lee sent George out who fixed it. Even though he had to put a new flush in toilet he did not charge me. I paid for the new plug which George fitted. Not charged for anything else. That's what I call after service care. Thank you Pudsey Bathrooms. Diane A👍

We have had a very positive experience with Pudsey Bathrooms. Lee came out to our house initially to measure up and drew up some options for us to consider. We spent a lot of time with Lee on the layout and he was able to share lots of valuable advice. Lee’s showroom is great and showcases a variety of different options to choose from. In terms of the bathroom being fit - Lee organised Ian (one of his fitters) to do this for us. Ian did an amazing job for us and is hard worker. Can clearly see that he is a very experienced fitter. He kept the house as clean as possible for us whilst the works were ongoing (e.g. clearing everything away at the end of the day and hoovering up where he had been).

All in all, a really great job and we are pleased with how the bathroom came out. My family has used Pudsey Bathrooms before and we have all had a very positive experience. Would strongly recommend using Pudsey Bathrooms. Thanks again to Lee and Ian!

We got our bathroom from here and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a new bathroom suit installed from start to finish. Just one teething problem (nothing that the installer did wrong) which was sorted out immediately. Thumbs up 👍🏻. I would not go to one of the big box stores ever again, Lee looks after you even years later. Nothing is ever too much for him. Big massive thank you.

Great from start to finish. Lee came out measured up then we went to the showroom and he gave us lots of advice. The install was without any complications. Fitters turned up on time. Mike and George they turned up every day on time and the work was outstanding and very professional. Love the new bathroom now. Would highly recommended Pudsey Bathrooms

We originally gave a good review but we've had to amend that as the follow up care has been less than impressive. Our shower started leaking a few months ago and initially Pudsey Bathrooms were really helpful, sending the fitter back out. However, they couldn't find the fault despite coming out twice. We got someone else to take a look and they found the fault within 5 minutes - the fitter had missed some sealant during the original installation which meant the shower was leaking. When we rang Pudsey Bathrooms they said the bathroom was out of warranty but after we made the point that it was a fault during the installation they agreed to send the fitter back out. The fitter was very rude when he came out for the third time, and the shower is still leaking. At this point we will have to pay for someone else to sort the leak as we've lost confidence that the fitter or Pudsey Bathrooms will be able to sort it.

Would highly recommend Pudsey bathrooms. They are very efficient, good price and very helpful. From start to finish. Lee came out to survey our bathroom and recommend what we could have. Ian came to fitted bathroom, he did everything from pull out old bathroom and old Airing cupboard to fit new bathroom suite , walk in shower ,lighting, tiling and much more. Ian is brilliant workman and would highly recommend using him.
