I can’t praise Puddle Duck kitchens enough. I knew instantly that their kitchens would be high quality with all those important little details that you want in a kitchen considered. I was not disappointed, Lindsey’s team are talented, polite and flexible when dealing with the inevitable snags and challenges that come along. Lindsey herself listened to our requirements and gave considered advice when asked or where needed (even when we didn’t realise we needed it). When I first met Lindsey from Puddled Duck kitchens what struck me most was that this woman was not only the calmest person I’d ever met, but that she listened to my requests and took note of everything I needed from a kitchen.
I was determined that Puddled Duck were the ones to not only supply and build our kitchen, but also our extension.
Every member of the team, from builders, carpenters, kitchen fitters, plumbers, electrician, plasterers, roofers and painter were a pleasure to have around. They worked hard, always turned up, and during this stressful time when things cropped up (as they tend to do with an old house like ours) I felt relief every time I spoke to Lindsey - nothing phased her.
Our new kitchen is exactly what I wanted. Any problems or snags have been dealt with efficiently and effectively. Our kitchen is both beautiful and made to last. I particularly love our pantry, and also the fact that my gadgets are on the worktop, plugged in, but are behind cupboard doors where they can’t collect dust. I have no hesitation in recommending Puddled Duck to anyone looking for their dream kitchen.

What incredible service I have received from start to finish with Puddled Duck Kitchens. I could not be happier with the way Lindsey rolled out the design and fitting of my bespoke made kitchen and I am thrilled with the result! Lindsey seamlessly dove-tailed all the services required, including the electricians and plumbers who were involved in the house renovation and her own team of makers, fitters and painters were truly delightful. All the work was carried out efficiently, effectively and on time and I have the kitchen I dreamed of.

If I could give Lindsey and her team at puddled duck six stars I would!
She has transformed a small and difficult corner into a useful, lovely boot room area. She really understood what we were after and came up with clever features such as hinged lids on the seat for extra storage. The quality of the cabinetry is off the scale, installed by Alex and painted by Alan, both are experts at what they do and a pleasure to have around. Installation took just two to three days and painting two mornings, all with no mess at all. We also had an old extractor replaced by Alex, again, super pleased. Would highly recommend.

Lindsey is very patient and works hard to come up with solutions to problems. She listens carefully and delivers the promised results on time. Our build had a number of issues and Lindsey stuck with us through the bumps and even found us a new (very good) builder at short notice. She has been enormously generous with her time and experience and remained very calm in the face of all the chaos we threw at her. We are delighted with our kitchen which is beautifully made, and we recommend her to everyone who asks where it is from! Thanks Lindsey!
