The kitchen fitter (Charlie) provided was an excellent professional who carried out an outstanding job, including liaising with a gas engineer, electricians, tiler and rubbish collection. Charlie kept us fully informed about what was happening and what to expect.
The work was begun and completed in accordance with the agreed timetable.

We definitely would recommend Puccini Kitchens - we love our kitchen! The service, product and team were outstanding from start to finish. Working with Andrew and his team was a really enjoyable experience, something you would never think from renovation and kitchen refit stories.

They were brilliant from the start with us needing a kitchen layout and design at a very short notice. They managed to fit us in and provide a detailed plan and quote which was within our budget as well as helping us decide what we needed. This has been our first renovation with a completely new kitchen layout so we had no idea what we wanted at all. They were very accommodating and patient with us taking us through each decision making. The designs were brilliant, practical and fitted our needs as a young family with growing boys.

The installation team, headed by Darren were very professional, courteous and explained the process from start to finish, coming back a number of times to install various bits. They made the whole process seamless and as stress free as could be, communicating and keeping us informed all along the process.

Puccini installed our new kitchen and utility and we cannot recommend them enough. The service was brilliant from start to finish and the quality of the products is great! Andrew was very informative in helping design the kitchen and utility exactly how we wanted, Charlie (the fitter) worked well alongside our builders during installation and the aftercare to resolve any minor snagging issues has been wonderful.

Their flexibility was incredibly valuable as it meant making minor tweaks to the size and layout of units to adapt to wider on-site changes with the build was a smooth process. No request was too much and they showed great patience as and when there were delays outside of their control.

We couldn’t have asked for any more from our kitchen supplier and we are very pleased we went with them!
