Superb service from start to finish. Being able to visit the showroom and get advice from Adele was great. Pryor bathrooms have done my main bathroom, en suite and downstairs toilet. Everyone involved was professional and helpful (and tidy!). Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Adele was extremely helpful at advising me on products to include tiles and flooring. Can’t speak highly enough of the quality of the work and service. Steve and the team built in a downstairs toilet where one was never designed to be. Adele was unfailingly helpful with product ideas; Steve and his team of joiners and plumbers were always good humoured, friendly, professional and tidy. Pryor turned a separate toilet and shower room into a fantastic wet room for my brother and his wife. Excellent professional service was provided, from the initial contact with Steve to the meeting with Adelle in the showroom to the lads who did the refit. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard with good-quality fixtures and fittings. The lads who carried out the work were polite, friendly, and clean and kept the dust and mess to an absolute minimum. My brother and his wife were delighted with the finished job; it turned out even better than they had hoped. They had no hesitation in recommending Steve and his team to others.

From start to finish Steve and Adele responded promptly to any queries and managed the whole job incredibly well, to schedule and to budget. The installation team were friendly, courteous, always on time, and left everything clean at the end of the day.
