After having a new kitchen fitted last year,my wife and I decided on all new utensils, crockery, cutlery etc spending hundreds of pounds from Pro cook. What a mistake that turned out to be. The plates developed hairline cracks and fell apart, the knives and forks with the plastic handles have broken, and 2 of the induction pans has blistered. Also the handles have become lose.(everything is made in China). But astonishingly the attitude of the staff was that it would replace one item at a time instead of offering a new set or an alternative.
Our daughter is also experiencing the same issues too!
I would strongly recommend to AVOID this shop at all costs!!

They only do ProCook range - but although a bit "designery" most of their kit is good - especially their 2 blade stainless chipper, and dishwasher safe utensils

Came in to purchase a carving knife and fork for use with roasts. The staff were immensely helpful and offered great advice. They have a stunning array of kitchen goods at very competitive prices and the staff were both friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Wish we had a shop like this where we live or an ability to buy online and have items shipped. Absolute gem of a shop. Highly recommended.

Always hard to get help in here, staff always seem to be preoccupied.
Was trying to buy a few things this week in there and THE only member of staff in there was so busy fawning around a bunch of poshos that I put my choices down and went elsewhere ie online. Beware, your jobs will soon be gone

Smashing range, and the staff could not be more helpful. I was looking for plastic rolling pins and they didn't have any, so the shop keeper sent me to a rival establishment, but I ended up going back and getting their marble one as it was cheaper than the plastic in the rival place and he had been conscientious and helpful.

The largest and best-stocked ProCook I've been in so far. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The man serving at checkout even provided advice on how to take care of my new purchase; while this was information I already knew, I appreciated the effort. A great cookshop filled with quality products at excellent prices. Highly recommended
